ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT

For value received, I, ________Roel A. Tangpos______ as assignor, hereby transfer

and assigned to ________Richie Mae E. Tangpos___ as assignee, her heirs and assigns, all my
right, title, interest and obligation in that contract between ____Remedios G. Abastillas___ seller and
assignor ___Roel A. Tangpos___ , as purchaser dated the 19th day of January, 2017 for sale of
premises known as ____Parcel of Land With No Building Improvement__ , more particularly
described in said contract, subject to the covenants, conditions, and payments contained in said contract. I
authorize and empower assignee, on her performance of all the above mentioned covenants, conditions
and payments to demand and receive of seller the deed covenanted to be given in the contract hereby
assigned in the same manner and with the same effect as I could have done had this assignment not been
made.

 ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT is entered into as of
________________________ by and between ROEL A. TANGPOS, of legal age, married, Filipino and
a resident of Laray, Talisay City Cebu, Philippines; hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR,

RICHIE MAE E. TANGPOS, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Suba Poblacion
Dalaguete Cebu, Philippines; hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEE,
-whereas-
That the said ASSIGNOR hereby assigns and conveys to Assignee, its successors and assigns, all
of Assignor’s right, title, interest and obligation in, to and under the contract set forth on Annex
A attached hereto (the “Assumed Contract”), together with all rights, privileges and benefits appertaining
thereto in a manner of absolute and irrevocable unto said ASSIGNEE.

That the said ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment and conveyance of the Assigned Rights by
Assignor pursuant to paragraph 1 above and does hereby assume such rights, title, interests and
obligations and undertake and agree to hereafter pay, perform and discharge in accordance with their
terms any and all of the liabilities, obligations and commitments of Assignor relating to the Assigned
Rights.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their
respective successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, shall confer
on any person or entity other than the parties hereto, and their respective successors and permitted
assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement, including
any third party beneficiary rights.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed and delivered this Assignment and
