    The PG & Research Department of Mathematics at St. Joseph’s College of Arts & Science in Cuddalore organized a food festival called "Amuthu 2.0" on May 2nd 2022 to improve students' entrepreneurial skills. The festival featured traditional Tamil Nadu snacks, starters, juices, and seasonal foods. Nearly 3,000 students from across the campus attended and enjoyed the variety of dishes. The profits from the food festival will be donated under the "Mother Teresa" scheme to provide food packages to students who cannot afford daily meals.

    On 2nd May 2022, The Food Festival was organised by the Students of PG & Research Department Of

    Mathematics. The festival was named as “அமுது 2.0”. The Theme “அமுது” means a variety of tasty

    foods by enjoying the flavours of South. The Food Festival was intitated on the basis to improve the

    entreprenuerial skills among students. The Celebration Started at 10.00 a.m in the Tarbes Block

    inaugrated by Rev. Fr. G. Peter Rajendiram, Secretary of St. Joseph’s College of Arts & Science

    along with the Felicitation members of this institution

     Dr. M. Arumai Selvam, Principal

     Dr. Jon Arockiaraj Jonadoss, Vice-Principal

     Rev. Fr. Dr. S. Xavier, Controller of Examinations

     Rev. Fr. Dr. A. Alex, Dean of Studies

    It was a great success as it's all the items in the menu card were booked as a Pre-Order. The Students

    has given the variety of Tamilnadu Traditional Snacks Items, Starters & Bites, Juice, Seasonal Foods.

    The festival was witnessed by nearly Three Thousand Students from the entire Campus. This Food

    Festival has impressed taste buds of the Students. The stalls were arranged and a variety of dishes

    were served. The food festival was really a beautiful platform for whose who love both eating and

    cooking. The Profit from the Food festival are taken under the “ Mother Teresa” Scheme for offering

    the food packages to the college students who are not able to have their meal of the day. All put

    Together, the feast made a great turnover for the younger minds in the campus.
