Greetings of Peace!
The Department of Education is diversifying its membership in order to
broaden access to classes. As a designated school in our barangay, Tbolok
Elementary School is delighted to tell in your good office that we will require your
assistance, as well as that of the community, in order for this pilot of face-to-face
session to be a success.
In light of this, I would like to request your aid in assessing in case we
encounter COVID 19 patients in our school, who could be students, teachers, or
stakeholders, and giving your office complete authority to care for them because the
school does not have enough facilities to meet their needs.

The parents listened carefully to the speakers to understand


the process of the new modality.

Meeting starts with a short program.

The school head Sir Jessie C. Erazo oriented the Guidelines in Implementing the
face-to-face Classes, Shared Responsibility, Alternative Work Arrangement, Classroom Lay-
out and Structure and School Traffic Management. The Covid Coordinator Mrs. Liezel
Fabay, add about Protective Measures, Hygiene Practice and safety Procedures. Mrs.
Sandra P. Collado also discussed the Communication Strategy. Mr. Jessie C. Erazo talked
about Face to Face Classes, Teacher Support and about the COVID -19 Case Management
Including the Most Marginalized. Sir Jessie asked for a support for needed materials for the
construction of washing area, paint and cements for marking signages to meet the
requirements needed for simulation and validation of Opening of Limited Face to Face
Classes. Parents from different grade level had pledge to provide the needed materials to
face-to-face classes. Discussion follows. Mr. Norvin Angkoy approved agenda no. 1 and it
was unanimously seconded.

For schedule of classes, Mrs. Liezel S. Fabay explained that kinder will render 3
hours and 30 minutes day while 1 to grade six is 4 hrs. and 30 mins. Per day. Pupils will
bring their own baon for recess because they could not go out.

For putting of signages and marking on the floor. PTA Mr. Bobong Sague, Sr.
presided the meeting and they come up, that there be Dagyaw system in every grade. And
parents is responsible to do their part. Discussions follows. Unanimously agreed.

Since there was no question Mr. Broslie Laal moved that meeting adjourned and it
was unanimously approved.

Meeting adjourned at 12:05 PM.

Meeting starts with a short opening prayer.
Sir Jessie C. Erazo oriented the group regarding upcoming limited ace to Face Classes. She
read and summarizes the guidelines on Limited Face to face Classes. She asks the support of all
teachers to prepared and be ready. Mrs. Liezel S. Fabay added about the Healthy Protocols to
followed everyday specialy when the Limited face to Face will start. Brain storming appears in what
to do and to the preparation of Limited Face to Face Classes.

Sir Jessie opens the plan about the upcoming Parents Orientation on Limited Face to Face
Classes. Everyone suggested and agreed what are needed things, the foods, the programs, and
everything set up on the coming Parents Orientation. Sir Jessie reminded the communication either
letter or group chat to inform parents about the upcoming orientation. He also reminded about the area
assignment of every grade and teacher.

The group agreed that will support for the betterment of the school.

It was unanimously adopted and approved.
