Objective
o Deep knowledge of EPC and O&M power plant projects operation system.

o Ensure the EHS requirements are effectively implemented on the site.

o Maintain incident statistics, prepare incident report and take remedial action where
necessary.
o Daily site safety walk-down inspection on the activities carried out by subcontractors or
our staff and prepare the inspection report.
o Participate on internal or external audit process and follow up its finding till rectification
on the dedicated time.
o Provide weekly and daily safety TBTs and on-site training for all employees.
o Coordinates emergency drills and follow up evacuation plan implementation on the site.
o Maintain the measurments of illumination,temperature,noise rate and humidity monthly

and record the results to prepare the monthly report.
o Ensure the implementation of our health policy requirments regarding to the catering
and baverage service on the site .
o Inspection of the site to keep on improvement of the houskeeping and infect and pest
control according to our occupational health policy.
o Follow all valid PTW to keep on implementation of safety precautions till the job is done.

o Support the staff and provide them with all information and safety wises regarding to
the conducted on site works.

Title: EHS Engineer
o Ensure the EHS requirements are effectively implemented in the project.

o Coordinate requirements and follow up action plans between all subcontractors and the
owner.
o Follow up all EHS matters with owner including training, walk-down’s closure, Lenders
action plan and implementation of OMP’s in the site.
o Participate on external audit process by Ramboll bank (Lenders) and follow up findings till
rectification.
o Tracking for following up all EHS matters including incident reporting closure, walk-down
closure, lenders requirement and action plans for all HSE meetings.
o Coordinate with EHS Representatives, Project Manager and Project team to follow up EHS
related issues.
o Review and maintain all records related to EHS matters in a shared folder for easy access.
o Submit Weekly/Monthly Reports to EHS Manager.
o Monitor and advise subcontractor to implement the site weekly EHS deliverables.
o Review/approve EHS reports that are forwarded by subcontractors.
o Ensure any NCRs that are raised are closed out within the stipulated time.
o Maintain EHS notice board and statistics dashboard.
o Maintain accident statistics, analysis trends and propose and take remedial action where
necessary.
o Attend audit process by Ramboll bank (Lenders) and follow up findings till closing out.
