(一)你的體質分析---粘液體質 Your constitution analysis - mucus constitution

粘液體質的人身体因淋巴無法確實排放的粘液(毒素)已經往身體的腹腔或肺腔堆積, 身體

已經慢性發炎而容易有關節炎,鼻竇炎,過敏等問題,所以多吃莖果類食物,幫助身體排便多

多,讓粘液隨排洩物排出體外,莖果類食物應占飲食的 3/8, 此外,可以增加莖果的份數種子

的份數應該要占最多,因此需增加茎的摄取量,因此需加多四杯茎果汁。

(二)生活節奏配合五臟 Rhythm of Life for Five Organs

除了營養,還有要配合五臟的自然循環時間以確保吸收排毒修復。現實生活中,許多人一方面

希望擁有健康,另一方面又不注重健康的生活方式。我們的五臟在日漸惡劣的環境和不健康的

生活方式之下不堪重負。

2. 日常生活作息 Daily living

一天的生活作息要有節奏韻律,才不影響新陳代謝的自律循環。一天的生活與外在環

境的互動也會讓人情緒起伏。情緒一旦壓抑,失衡,都會影響自律神經;身體接收外

來刺激或身體內部訊息時,自動做出的反應。例如吃飯時,大腦不需下達指令,腸胃

就會自動進行消化與吸收,或是和人吵架時,會全身肌肉緊繃,呈現備戰狀態等,都

是由自律神經所調控。所以盡量配合人體自然循環的時間進食,休養,生息,可助於

調和喜怒哀樂的平衡性質,輕鬆透過食補,運動以及情緒轉換自然養生。

(三)明智地选择你的食材及能量来源 Choose your food and energy sources wisely

(3.2) 碳水化合物
