Good afternoon everyone!
In a few moments, we are going to start

our graduation ceremonies. At this point may we invite all our graduates
together with their parents to go to your respective areas for the processional.
To maintain the solemnity of this occasion, may we request all our
guests to please set their mobile phone to silent mode. Family and guests are
expected to show courtesy by refraining from leaving their seats in order to
take pictures or by talking to graduates. May we also request all photographers
and other guests to stay away in the processional area, the graduates’ seats
and the stage area. We have official photographers who will take your
children’s photos during the processional and during the distribution of
diplomas. Thank you for your cooperation.
PROCESSIONAL
Good afternoon. Welcome to the ______ Commencement Exercises
with the theme ___________________________________________________.
Ladies and gentlemen, the Processional. Roll out the red carpet to the
Grade 6 Graduating Class of Batch 2022 escorted by their proud parents,
Faculty and Staff of Amamperez Elementary School headed by the school head
Mrs. Monna Liza S. Bajo, the Public Schools District Supervisor of Villasis I Dr.
Jocelyn R. Mina, Barangay and PTA Officials, and our guest of honor and
speaker.
Let us all welcome once again with a resounding applause the pillars of
this institution, the faculty and staff of Amamperez Elementary School headed
by Mrs. Monna Liza S. Bajo, Head Teacher III together with our beloved Public
Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Jocelyn R. Mina, the PTA and Barangay Officials,
and of course our Guest of Honor and Speaker.
PRELIMINARIES
Let us show our deference by standing still for the preliminaries.
-Please be seated.
INTRODUCTION
For the month of June this year is one of the most awaited months on
the part of the pupils as we of course those parents who for their first time
ever see their son or daughter be one of those members of the graduating
class march during the processional. I am pretty sure that it’s been already a
month-long waiting and preparation. Needless to say…..what to wear and what
to do. Those feelings come into reality this day….. on this 29 th day of June as we
will witness the _____ Closing Exercises and Recognition Rites of Amamperez
Elementary School.
Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the
school year 2021-2022. It’s been almost 10 months already that we have
witnessed how these little lads and lasses proved their worth to become a
member of this graduating batch.
GREETINGS
So, to start with, we just want to greet the people who graced this
affair. To our guest of honor and speaker, the distinguished and highly
esteemed members of the academic community led by our Public Schools
District Supervisor Dr. Jocelyn R. Mina, the school head of Amamperez
Elementary School with exemplary performance Mrs. Monna Liza S. Bajo
together with the teaching and non-teaching staff who really worked hard for
the success of this occasion, barangay officials headed by Brgy. Capt. Remegio
M. Barnachea, PTA Officials headed by Mrs. Dahlia Origines, members of the
graduating batch, parents and guardians, visitors, friends, ladies and
gentlemen, a pleasant and joyous afternoon! Welcome to our __________
Commencement Exercises!
OPENING REMARKS
To formally open our ceremony, may we call on the PTA President of
Amamperez Elementary School for her opening remarks. Please welcome with
a big round of applause, Mrs. Dahlia Origines.
-Thank you ma’am for that wonderful remarks.
WELCOME ADDRESS
For the welcome address, we are pleased to have this afternoon our very
own punong barangay to deliver his words of welcome, a big hand for our
Barangay Captain, Remegio M. Barnachea.
-Thank you so much sir for that very warm welcome.
PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES & CONFERMENT OF THE CANDIDATES

And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our
midst….the presentation of candidates for graduation. To do the honors of
presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, may we have on the stage the
“epitome” of empowered woman and a great school leader, please welcome
our very own school head, Mrs. Monna Liza S. bajo, Head Teacher III…To be
followed right away by the acceptance and confirmation of the graduates and
message by our dynamic and very supportive Public Schools District Supervisor
Dr. Jocelyn R. Mina.
DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES TO THE GRADUATES

A Certificate of Graduation is a tangible evidence of being a graduate in a
certain level of education. This is now the fruit of each pupil’s endeavor. Let us
give our utmost felicitation to the graduates of Batch 2022. So, to do the
honors of the distribution of certificates of graduation to our young graduates,
may we have the advisers of the graduating class Ma’am Luzviminda C.
Lavarias, Ma’am Emma C. Maala, and Ma’am Maria Theresa B. Buccat.
PLEDGE OF LOYALTY
May I now call on EIYAH JOVANNE A. ANDAYA, With Honors, to lead the
pledge of loyalty. Graduates, please stand.
GRADUATION MESSAGE
At this moment, let us be all ears to the words of triumph and victory
from the First Honors of Batch 2022. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s welcome her
with warm round of applause JENJEN D. BELINO, With High Honors, for her
graduation message.

MESSAGE OF THE SDS

The best way to inspire our graduates of Batch 2022 is no other than
hearing a message from our Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Danilo C.
Sison, CESO VI. Let us all listen to his message in a pre-recorded video from the
Division Office of Pangasinan II.
MESSAGE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR
At this juncture, let us all be emboldened with another graduation

message coming from beloved Municipal Mayor. Ladies and gentlemen, it is
my distinct privilege to introduce to you our Honorable Mayor, Nonato S.
Abrenica. (to be represented by the Secretary of the Municipal Mayor, let’s
welcome Mr. Mario Guarin) Good afternoon sir.
-Thank you very much sir.
INTRODUCTION TO THE GUEST SPEAKER

Today’s affair is being graced by a special guest who will in a minute
deliver his words of wisdom to our young graduates and to their parents as
well. To get to know more about him, may we call on the stage the Master
Teacher I of Amamperez Elementary School, in the person of Mrs. Emma C.
Maala to do the honors in introducing our ________ Closing Exercises Guest of
Honor and Speaker. Ma’am.
SPEECH OF THE GUEST SPEAKER
May we have on the stage once again our Public Schools District
Supervisor Dr. Jocelyn R. Mina, also our dear school head Mrs. Monna Liza S.
Bajo, our Punong Barangay Remegio Barnachea Sr., PTA President Mrs. Dahlia
Origines and the Grade 6 Teachers for the awarding of the Plaque of
Appreciation to our Guest of Honor and Speaker.
Ladies and gentlemen, let’s give another resounding applause for
our guest of honor and speaker, Engr. JAMES CHRISTIAN DICTAAN GURAT.
Thank you very much sir for that very inspiring and remarkable speech!
AWARDING OF MEDALS TO THE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARDEES

After 7 years of hard work and dedication from Kindergarten to
Grade 6, graduates, it is about time to reward your commitment towards
education. Reap the fruits of your labor.
Let us now come to the awarding of medals and certificates to the
graduates with distinction and special awards. The graduates who carved a
name for themselves.

Parents play an important role in every child’s life because they are
their learning models. The attitude of parents towards education can inspire
them and can make them have an idea on how to take charge of their own
educational journey. So now, let us give a certificate of appreciation to the
parents who played an important role to our academic awardees.
GRADUATION SONG
In every memorable moment of one’s life, there are always songs that
will embody inferred emotions. To pay tribute to the parents and teachers, let
us welcome the graduates for their graduation song entitled ‘Salamat’. This is
to be followed by giving of flowers while singing their farewell song.
WORDS OF THANKS
And to end this memorable occasion, may we have the woman
behind this successful event. Let’s put our hands together for our dear School
Head, Mrs. Monna Liza S. Bajo, Head Teacher III of Amamperez Elementary
School.
RECESSIONAL
This commencement Exercise has truly been noteworthy for
everyone here. Graduation is indeed a time of completion, of finishing, of an
ending, however, it is also a time of celebration of achievement and most
importantly a beginning for the new graduate.
