COURSE REQUIREMENTS
This module is designed to be studied at your own pace. Read and study the resources
guided by the Course Syllabus. You are expected to spend 3 hours per week, but we
encourage you to put more time to maximize learning.

A. Participation in the Discussion
Almost all course work will be done asynchronously. All discussions, activities, and
quizzes will be included in the module. Students are required to join the assigned Google

classroom for the section. Collaborative exercises will be posted in the group, this is help

students work together to understand the lesson.



Every week a discussion thread will be posted, and the students are required to answer
the question for the week. They should also reply at least two substantial responses to
the answers of other students. Substantial Responses should be meaningful and relevant
to the topic. It should contain 40-100 words. Your contributions will be graded as part of
your recitation grade. You will automatically be given full credit for participation if you
are able to participate in the online discussion. The deadline for this is every Thursday,
11:59pm.

A Question thread will also be posted. This thread is for clarification purposes. Students
can write their questions relating to the topic for the week.

B. Problem Set and Performance Task
Since this is a accounting course, you are expected to solve Problem Set but there will be
Performance Tasks for some topics. Problem Set is a tool to measure how well you
understand the topic. It is composed of problems that differ in the level of difficulty. You
are expected to show what are your basis for these.


In the event that you are having difficulties in solving the problem set, you may consult me
through private messaging or electronic mail.

C. Examinations
There will be two exams for this course. It will be scheduled on __________________ and
_______________________. For this certain requirement, you need to be connected to the
internet. The exam will be online, and the students will simultaneously answer the
questions. The duration of the exam is one and a half hour only.
