Methodology : Viral RNA was extracted from the sample supernatant using HiPurA Viral RNA Purification kit, HiMedia
according to the manufacturer's instructions. RT-PCR was performed NIV Multiplex single tube Real time PCR [NIV] kit
According to the manufacturer's guideline on BIO-RAD CFX96 platform.

4. Repeat sample and testing of lower respiratory specimen is strongly recommended in severe or progressive disease. The repeat
specimen must be considered after a gap of 2-4 days after the collection of the first specimen for additional testing if required.
