15 Pursuant to Rule 55(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, default
16 judgment is hereby entered as follows: A. That the March 2, 2022 AAA arbitration award
19 favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly and severally, for claims related to the
20 Mark Project, in the amount of $435,754.73 plus interest on that sum at the rate of One
21 Percent (1%) per month compounded until paid. C. Judgment is awarded in conformity
22 with the Final Award, in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly and severally,
23 for claims related to the Wildcat Project in the amount of $43,765.12 plus interest on that
24 sum at the rate of One Percent (1%) per month compounded until paid. D. Judgment is
25 awarded in conformity with the Final Award, in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants,
26 jointly and severally, for attorneys’ fees in the Underlying Mediation in the amount of
27 $20,939.00 plus interest thereon at the Arizona statutory rate of Ten Percent (10%) per
28 year from the date of the Final Award until paid. E. Judgment is awarded in conformity

1 with the Final Award, in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly and severally,
2 for costs in the Underlying Arbitration in the amount of $10,475.00 plus interest thereon
3 at the Arizona statutory rate of Ten Percent (10%) per year from the date of the Final
4 Award until paid.
