Overview of the Assessment Activity:

Learners are expected to make one complete set of Self-made Bingo game
composed of the following :
1. 5 Bingo cards with 9 squares with numbers written from 1-15 (3 x 3);
2. Bingo Balls/Chips – 15 pcs (1-15)
3. Question cards – 15 pcs (5 questions for each subject area with the correct
answer written below.)
4. Improvised Shaker / Container for Bingo balls or chips–

Play the Bingo Game with your family members. Take 3 pictures while you are
playing.
Assessment Activity

I. PERFORMANCE TASKS
A. Prepare the following materials needed:
1. cardboard or any construction paper material
2. scissors
3. ruler
4. marking pen
5. box or plastic container for improvised-shaker

B. Prepare five (5) Bingo cards with 9 squares using cardboard or any
construction paper. Choose nine numbers (9) from 1-15 and write it on the Bingo
card. Be sure that the arrangement of numbers in each Bingo Card are used
differently and avoid duplication of numbers. Follow the example given below;

C. Prepare Bingo balls/chips using any of the materials available at home


(example: softdrinks crown /tansan, small balls, plastic token or play coins)
Write numbers 1-15 in your Bingo balls. One number per Bingo ball. Place the
Bingo balls inside the box/plastic container. (improvised shaker)

right side of each card corresponding to the number. Write on the card the
question in each subject area. Prepare 5 questions in each subject area. Follow
the sample given.
