INTRODUCTION

This Quick Reference Handbook (QRH) is contains checklist and performance


data exclusively for the Supercritical Simulations Group (SSG) E-Jet “Evolution”
Series aircraft designed for the X-Plane desktop flight simulator (XP). The Series
includes the E170 and E195 versions.

This QRH consists of excerpts from the Airplane Operations Manual (AOM) as
an easy reference for owners of the SSG E-Jet Evolution Series and is divided
into a general section applicable to both E170 and E195 versions, as well as
separate sections for the performance of each aircraft model.

The information contained in this QRH is in no way a complete reference for a


real E-Jet. The SSG E-Jet Evolution Series add-ons are simplified compared to
the real aircraft. Therefore, this QRH cannot be used as a reference for operating
any real aircraft.

APPROACH AND LANDING PLANNING


The following values should be taken into consideration for approach and landing
operations.

Please note that VAP is the Approach Target Speed and it is derived from VREF as
follows:

VAP = VREF + Wind correction.

Wind correction = ½ steady headwind component + all of the gust factor


(minimum of 5 knots, and maximum of 20 knots).

The following values should be taken into consideration for approach and landing
operations.

Please note that VAP is the Approach Target Speed and it is derived from VREF as
follows:

VAP = VREF + Wind correction.

Wind correction = ½ steady headwind component + all of the gust factor


(minimum of 5 knots, and maximum of 20 knots).
