    Install PLUG tester with 5 or 3 ,5 single DP .


    open side out lets . Install test pump KILL LINE
    take out non return valve " NRV"
    pump through kill line to fill up BOP
    Open SOV's , ensure leak path is there
    non return valve Flush test pump
    This test takes short period to pump up
    close Annular. Close inside choke line valve
    pressure test with 250-300 psi for 5 min
    pressure test with 3500 psi for 5 min
    Leave leak path bleed off pressure from testing unit

    open side out lets . Install test pump KILL LINE
    take out non return valve " NRV"
    pump through kill line to fill up BOP
    Open SOV's , ensure leak path is there
    non return valve Flush test pump
    This test takes short period to pump up
    close BLIND SHEAR RAMS. Close INSIDE KILL LINE VALVE AND FIRST 3 VALVES CHOKE MANIFOLD
    pressure test with 250-300 psi for 5 min
    pressure test with 4500 psi for 5 min
    Leave leak path bleed off pressure from testing unit

    non return valve Flush test pump

    close BLIND SHEAR RAMS. Close OUTSIDE KILL LINE VALVE AND SECOND 3 VALVES CHOKE MANIFOLD
    pressure test with 250-300 psi for 5 min
    pressure test with 4500 psi for 5 min
    Leave leak path bleed off pressure FROM TEST UNIT

    NRV/BLIND SHEAR RAMS TEST

    Install PLUG tester with 5 or 3 ,5 single DP . REMOVE DRILL PIPE


    open side out lets . Install test pump on choke manifold.
    Install non return valve " NRV"
    pump through choke line to fill up BOP
    Open SOV's , ensure leak path is there
    non return valve Flush test pump
    This test takes short period to pump up
    close BLIND SHEAR RAMS. OPEN KILL LINE VALVES AND SECOND 3 VALVES CHOKE MANIFOLD
    pressure test with 250-300 psi for 5 min
    pressure test with 4500 psi for 5 min
    bleed off pressure FROM TEST UNIT
