MARFIL, NASREEN C.

NSTP 1

BSBM – MM 1C ACTIVITY 1

APPLICATION

INSTRUCTIONS: Relate the following question to real-life situations.

1. If you were given a chance to inculcate the ideals of patriotism and

nationalism in people, what strategies would you adopt or use?

- The first thing I will do is to encourage people to be a registered

voter. Voting is one of the effective methods to commemorate
the ideas on which our country was founded. If you have the
opportunity, participate to assist at the elections to observe our
government in motion. Next is support a deserving veteran. In
this way, we are not only giving them chance to make our
country better but also ourselves. Last is to invite them to join a
jury. This service may be inconvenient at times, but it is an
essential factor that helps our country great.

2. If you were a soldier required to render service to the victims of flash flood,
would you rescue your family in the same are first or assist the other
victims and just let the other rescuer aid your family instead?

- The reality of what this scenario has is the most significant part
meaning I will choose my family over everything. Seeing them
suffering will bring a lot of pain. In this case, there will be a
tendency that you might lost of focus. On the other hand, after
saving your family, you still also have the chance to help people
within the area.
REFLECTION

INSTRUCTIONS: Write your reflection.

1. “The state shall promote a just and dynamic social order that will ensure
the prosperity and independence of the nation.” In what way can the
country’s development be promoted?

- First thing we must do is to promote education. All stages of

education are the key to progression. Each subject should be
taught with the overall objectives of improving one's living
standard and improve person's economic issues in mind. Next is
to revise the food and relief distribution system. Every day,
many individual throughout the nation are experiencing hunger.
This issue derives from poor transmission lines, not from
spitefulness among overseas taxpayers. Last is to empower
women. This might sound redundant but it is not. We are willing
to sacrifice everything for the sake of our country. We can prove
this by building schools closer to rural regions so that farmers'
kids shouldn't have to trek for hours daily just to go to class.
Also, it is a big help not to bother their parents anymore.

2. What is the vital role of the youth in nation building?

- Youth is not just a source of vitality for the society, but also a
motivating factor. We are also the builders of societal,
commercial, intellectual, and revolutionary factors, as well as
the catalysts for change. We can help the country in any way we
can. Instead of going abroad seeking for employment, we may
stay and generate employment for ourselves using the abilities
we already have. We have goals, plans, and ideas. We all want
to accomplish great things in life. We have a lot of energy that
needs to be controlled and put to better use. After all,
people achieve greatness when they are young and active.
