EVALUATION:
TO PASS THIS COURSE, YOU MUST:
✔ ENGAGE
✔ EXPLORE
✔ EXPLAIN
✔ ELABORATE
✔ EVALUATE
A. INTRODUCTION:
To pass this course, you should ENGAGE in all the required activities to develop self-fulfillment and confidence holistically. Wherein you have to EXPLAIN & ELABORATE it
thoroughly during the group reporting activity and instructional video presentations. EXPLORING from the given applications will help you create a well-designed and effective
CONDITIONING OR DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES. Facilitators or Instructors have to present digital rubrics as a form to EVALUATE the students on each graded activity.
B. FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT:
For this course we will be doing a lot of exercises and movement competencies. Instructors have to facilitate and check each student individually or in break rooms if they
are performing the given activities diligently. Thus, to enhance and monitor the skills and confidence of the students, also to avoid injuries and muscle soreness. Lastly, so that
students can perform better and apply all the corrections during the Practical Examinations and Video Presentations.
C. SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT:
I. GROUP REPORTING/PRESENTATION
You will be assigned with specific topics to present online or on site e.g. Core Training, Mobility Training and Fundamental Movements in the form of Talk Show or Game
Show. With this type of activity we can really test the student’s creativity and communication skills. Also to promote a certain degree of collaborative learning while we
are on a Blended Learning Format.
II. PRACTICAL EXAMINATION / INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO / WORK OUT PLAN PRESENTATION
We will be doing a lot of output-based activities since it is a Physical Education course. The said activities improve your learning and understanding as it has a visual and
auditory correspondence, which increases learner’s motivation that can specifically impact student’s ability to facilitate discussion and clarify problems from the topics.
i. Visual cues combined with audio plays a huge role in the comprehension and retention of the learners' learning. Thus, when video and presentations are used in the
virtual classroom or in a form of assessment, students are forced to think critically and creatively.
VI. TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS
❖ SWORK - IT APPLICATION
