graduates in their chosen fields. It molds an individual into globally-recognized research and
innovation, which harnesses their abilities and teaches them how to contribute to the betterment
of the community. Indeed, CTU’s vision is to be a premier, multidisciplinary-technological
university.
B. MISSION

Mission defines as declaring the practical commitments and actions a school or another
educational organization believes are necessary to achieve its vision. Thus, CTU shall dedicate
its whole existence to developing and maintaining a high quality of good education that enhances
individuals’ capacity to improve their quality of life through the Fourth Industrial Revolution and
sustainability. Moreover, it implements sustainable extension services and research programs
that can contribute to the needs of both the nation and the region.
C. GOAL

of the standards in world-class performance and excellence. Also, consistency paves the way to
good quality education for underprivileged students and will be part of innovations in the Fourth
Industrial Revolution for the betterment of everyone’s life.

D. CORE VALUES

Core values are the core foundation of every organization. CTU’s core values are
commitment, transparency, unity, patriotism, integrity, excellence, and spirituality; in short, CTU

education for all. Next is T, transparency in implementing good governance for efficient
management of resources. U stands for unity in harmonizing operations of the university with
clear and strengthened industry and community collaboration. P is for patriotism by giving
appreciation and pride to the country and people. Then, I stand for integrity by embracing moral
uprightness and having strong adherence to honesty and fairness. E is for excellence in
developing CTU as a research-intensive university with a good academic reputation that creates
solutions to improve lives, communities, and the world through research, innovation, and
extension across a spectrum of disciplines and in collaboration with the industry and community
for sustainable development. Lastly, S stands for spirituality by cultivating truth, righteousness,
