    MOTION FOR LEAVE OF COURT TO SERVE SUMMONS BY


    PUBLICATION

    The plaintiff, through the undersigned Public Attorney, unto


    this Honorable Court most respectfully submits this Motion and
    states that:

    1. The summons in this case has not been served upon the
    defendant Lualhati M. Villeno as stated in the Sheriff’s Return dated
    September 21, 2020. Said return is attached to the records of this
    case;

    2. Unfortunately, the plaintiff cannot ascertain by diligent


    inquiry the present whereabouts of the above-named defendant;

    3. Thus, considering the whereabouts of the said defendant is


    unknown, the plaintiff respectfully asks for leave of court to serve
    summons through publication in a newspaper of general
    circulation.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of the Honorable


    Court that the service of the summons upon the above-named
    defendant be effected by publication in a newspaper of general
    circulation.
    Other reliefs which are just and equitable in the premises are
    also prayed.
