    constitute and appoint, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and a resident of, to be my true and
    lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for my and in my name, place and stead, for my own use and

    1. To receive for and in my behalf from RCBC Savings Bank, now merged with Rizal
    Commerical Banking Corporation, with the latter as the surviving entity (the Bank for
    brevity), the original collateral documents and other papers pertaining to the property
    loacted at Brgy. Minien East, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan covered by TCT/CCT No.,
    which has been mortgaged in favor of the Bank to secure my fully paid housing loan
    under Loan Account No. 1502440881;

    2. To negotiate, offer for sale, sale, and come to an agreement for

    and authority to do and perform every acts and things whatsoever requisite, necessary and proper
