Executive Summary
The project “Hiraya Bundle Gifts and Crafts” will be managed by ten grade 12
students with a strand of Accountancy Business and Management from PLMar Senior
High School.
This will provides the academic knowledge and skills from performing this study.
It is also helps students to develop a broad understanding of businesses and marketing
skills. Furthermore, it will make student entrepreneurs a valuable asset to their future
employers and the world around them.
The team came up with the idea of opening a gift shop business because we
know that the competition with this type of business is not big compared to food and
other service business. Gift shop business is not a popular business nowadays, but with
the knowledge that we have about marketing, we will try our best for our business to
become successful. Our mission for this business is to become one of the best gift shop
business in our country. We will do that by applying the things we learn from our
marketing subject and business math.
Gift shop will benefit the people who like to give gifts to their partner, friends or
family. It is made of easy materials like ribbon, stick for the flowers. Nylon cord for
bracelet and acrylic keychain, vellum paper, watercolor for designing keychain. All said
products will have 3 bundles where the first bundle is flower & confession letter. Second
bundle is flower, confession letter & keychain. Third bundle is flower, confession letter,
keychain & bracelet or couple bracelets.
These are the following steps in creating a flower. First, take the folded part of the
ribbon and fold it in half on top of the hot glue. Second, press down on the glue slightly
so that it sticks together. Create a rolled top part of the ribbon that looks like the center
of a rose. Lastly, roll the folds in toward the rest of the ribbon and add hot glue.
These are the steps in making a nylon bracelet. First, knot the top of nylon cord
with some excess then 150 cm thread goes underneath (tie it to keep it still) right side
goes over the top, left side over the right to make a P. After that, left side tucks
underneath and goes through the loop of the P then we do the same with the left side.
Steps in making and designing a keychain. First, prepare the materials needed in
the process. Cut the vellum paper into pieces with the size of acrylic keychain then
proceed to paint it with rose. After painting the rose, create some leaves in the corner of
the rose. And then, using brush pen, write the name of the customer in the middle of the
vellum paper. And lastly, put the vellum paper inside the acrylic keychain and lock it up
with the acrylic cover.
Our hiraya bundle business has significantly expanded from its early stages. We
are confident that the lesson we've learned from the Hiraya package will help us moving
forward. We think that our business is ideally situated to benefit from changes in the
industry and that we can continue to use the knowledge we have acquired to increase
both profit and customer happiness. The team planned that our product is cheap
enough that even students can buy it as a gift to their loved ones, so we named it
"Hiraya" because it means wishes and aspirations.

affordable crafts that will satisfy and make your loved ones smile! The business will sell
handmade and personalized gift crafts that you can give to your loved ones and choose
your preferred bundle. The organization discovered from friends, family, and even from
strangers that confessing to someone is tough, especially if you don't want that person
to know your name or you simply want to give the gifts anonymously. So the team
comes up with this business where you can easily apprise your feelings to your loved
ones.

yet pricey gifts are a little heavy on a budget right now. “Hiraya Bundle” won't give
clients an heavy budget in their wallet. The product is reasonably priced to
accommodate all people. Additionally, the high quality of the product will allow
customers to enjoy such a wonderful gift and will help them understand that their money
was well spent.

The satisfaction of one's customers is a well-known corporate objective. Hiraya

Bundle is not only high quality and budget friendly, but it also give customers many
options. In our “Hiraya Bundle” you have 3 bundle options, we have Bundle 1 with
flower and confession, Bundle 2 with flower, confession and keychain and Lastly Bundle
3 with flower, confession, keychain and bracelet or couple bracelets.
