As a leader knowledge is very important for gaining more information about the task, and knowledge as a
leader is being developed. We also need patience because if there was someone that was having a hard time
getting the information needed for the task that had been given to him/her, we needed to explain or elaborate
to her/him what she/he was doing. We also need to cheer our members and always remind them that “we can
do it and if they’re having a hard time, just take a deep breath and rest. To be an effective leader, it is also
important to have the courage to handle being a leader properly with calmness and firmness. Being true or
loyal to your members is important to be an effective leader so that they can be also loyal to you. And being a
leader, it is your duty or responsibility to lead the group/members. And endurance is also important for being a
leader because you can do your work well and prevent yourself from pain and hardship. Last is unselfishness,
this is important because it helps you to connect and have a good relationship with the group or members.
