SALES ENGINEER
Our client is an important international top 3 player on the HVAC and Refrigeration market.
Main Accountabilities
• Managing the sales channels within area of responsibility by handling both projects and DX product
categories
• Delivering trainings to sales channels and supporting products (re)launch activities
• Maintaining and increasing the annual sales by enlarging the scope of supply with existing channels and
expanding network within regional responsibility
• Enhancing and strengthening partners by developing the company’s products portfolio
• Building up and strengthening relationships with an extensive customer network
• Being in charge with the forecasting and the planning activities within the respective geographical area and
the assigned partners
• Technical University Degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer or relative sectors such as building
automations, electrical & mechanical equipment, etc.
• Very good knowledge of air conditioning applications
• Relevant experience of minimum 5 years as a sales engineer on HVAC products towards contractors and
dealers
• Good knowledge of projects and DX products categories
• Results oriented mentality with proven capability to effectively manage time and exceed goals
• Wide network with strategic connections through HVAC distribution channels
• Team player with a willingness to reach out and partner with others
• Strong business acumen, having the ability to identify in advance any circumstances that may impact targets
achievement
• Strong computer skills, AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Openness to travel extensively in Romania
