INTRODUCTION

Greenwich Pizza is the largest pizza chain in the Philippines. The pizza company

started out as a small over-the-counter pizza story in 1971 in Greenhills Commercial

Center. They also offer pasta dishes, chicken, and rice dishes in addition to a variety of

their pizza toppings that will make a meal a one delightful experience with friends. And

also the company has a mission and vision. Company’s Mission is “We strengthen

relationships through bonding and sharing over our best-tasting and best value pizzas and

pastas”. While the Company’s Vision is “Greenwich is the dominant and unquestionable

no.1 pizza and pasta destination”. Countries that Greenwich established are in Path from

pole in the Meridian passes through England, France Spain, Algeria, Mali, Burkina, Faso,

Togo, Ghana and Antarctica after years Greenwich Established their

company all over the world.

According to (Tina Arceo-Dumlao - 8 years ago) For the most part of its 42 years in

the competitive quick service restaurant sector in the Philippines, Greenwich Pizza was

best known as a pizza chain that appealed mainly to the mass market. And even with the

purchase in 1994 of an 80 percent share in the company by Jollibee Foods Corp. and the

subsequent launch of new Greenwich packaging, design and menu items in 1995, with

sales eventually reaching P1 billion in 1997, the image stuck. And established their brand

in the Philippines because Greenwich pizza is the one of Filipino pizza chains, a small

entrepreneurship that made an extraordinary contribution to the league. Starting in a

small pizza store in the Greenhills Commercial center in 1971 after that Greenwich is

now one of the Philippines best known pizza brands. The first stall of Greenwich is in an

Ancient village steeped in Royal History.

Greenwich has been in Royal Charter Market that was originally assigned to

Commissioners of Greenwich Hospital on 19th of December year 1700's after 1000 years

it was opened on 3rd of September year of 1737 with 60 stallholders. Greenwich Tagline

came with a New Slogan which is "Sa Totoo lang Masarap!" and After is they replaced it

by "Sarap ka Greenwich" and they changed again in 2007 with a new slogan was

Introduced. "Discover Delicious".

but also the other products that could blend with their pizza products. Greenwich only

serves delectable food prepared with high-quality ingredients and adherence to strict

guidelines. GREENWICH'S are dedicated to serving only the best-tasting food to fuel

Greenwich Pizza is the Philippines' largest pizza chain. In Greenhills Commercial

Center, the pizza firm began as a tiny over-the-counter pizza shop in 1971. They also

serve pasta, chicken, and rice meals, as well as a range of pizza toppings, to make a meal

a memorable experience for you and your guests. After years, Greenwich established

their corporation all over the world, passing via England, France, Spain, Algeria, Mali,

Greenwich Pizza established their name in the Philippines since it is one of the Filipino

pizza chains, a modest business that has made a significant impact to the league.

Greenwich began as a little pizza shop in the Greenhills Commercial Center in 1971, and

has since grown to become one of the Philippines' most well-known pizza brands.

Greenwich's first store is located in an ancient village immersed in royal history.

Summary and Analysis

Greenwich is the Largest Pizza in the Philippines founded by Cresida Tuerez in 1971.

Starting in a small shop in Metro Manila. They offer pizza with other products. After this

successfully came Greenwich sales grew up to 12million. Greenwich is good in the

Philippines in terms of Customer ratings. In food they're good and delicious, The

Ambiance of the Store is very modern and classic. By opening a new branch in malls and

other establishments they can provide work to people that are needed. The Greenwich

Sometimes bad in terms of Food they serve food in hurry to the customers and the

customers not satisfied with the food that they serve and in terms of service if the crew is

slow to serve food or service to the customer it will affect the company. Customer

Service Review almost 57% in terms of Service are satisfied, In cleanliness 53% are

satisfied, Staff is 42% are satisfied, Value for money is 57% are satisfied and the comfort

is 40%

are satisfied all over 100% Satisfaction to the customers.

Conclusion

We conclude that Greenwich is the best pizza company. They continue giving good

satisfaction to the customers. They give their customers ideas in terms of pricing of their

food and the selection of the new product. They built an organization called The Royal

Greenwich Community to support the people since the pandemic started. And the

company links thousands of volunteers to help people who are most in need of support.

Greenwich will continue to serve people for many years to come.
