Project Guideline-E3
Students are assigned to work in groups of five. To start, each group chooses 2 topics of interest
or suggested by the teacher (Topics: Money spending, Leisure activities, Means of
transportation, Traffic jam, Clothes, Daily life, Education, Entertainment and media,
Environment, Food and drink, Health-medicine and exercise, House and home, Language,
People, Personal feelings, experiences and opinions, Places and buildings, Relations with other
people, Services, Shopping, Social interaction, Sports, The natural world, Transport, Travel and
holidays, Weather...). Each group member is responsible for reading as many articles as possible
from various sources (printed journals, magazines, newspapers, books, and electronic tools...) in
order to pick up articles on the chosen topics, synthesize and finally develop them into a reading
portfolio.
- Voted group leaders are in charge of holding discussions, recording project progress and group
members' participation in detail, and making a final report to their teacher. The degree of
individual involvement in the task will therefore be marked by the teacher and group members.
The project package must be submitted by the 10th session, including:
A group work schedule (task division, timeline)
Meeting minutes
A group work report* (reasons for your grouping, outcome, efficiency, achievement,
contribution of each member)
Reading Portfolio
Note: Bản báo cáo (a group work report) sẽ có thông tin nhóm chấm điểm tham gia của các
thành viên và được sự đồng ý bằng việc ký nhận của các thành viên trong nhóm. Điểm project
là điểm trung bình của nhóm chấm và điểm của giáo viên chấm.
