Covered Scope Of Activity

Inspection and Test Plan for Insulation Work is needed to ensure the installation of Insulation Work
will be carried out as per approved MSA, Approved method statement and Good For Construction
Drawing.
This ITP will be applicable for installation of insulation works, devided into three categories Duct work
insulation (AHU & FCU), Chilled Water Pipe Insulation (AHU & FCU), Refrigerant & Condensate
water pipe insulation (PEU) in All building at CP 101&CP 102 such as:
- Site Administration Office (D01)
- Workshop Office (D02)
- Infrastructure Maintenance Office (D03)

Scope of this Inspection and Test Plan Material check and Visual check. The inspection work by QC
Engineer of subcontractor for Internal Inspection, checked by QC Engineer of TWJO and JMCMC
Engineer as the Acceptance for the Result of Inspection. Inspection and test plan for duct work
insulation cunducted by unit ,and pipe work insulation work shall be conducted zone by zone (sample
schematic drawing is attached).
