BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the
SARS-CoV-2 virus. Most people whom fall sick with COVID-19 would experience
mild to moderate symptoms and recovered without special treatments. However,
some would become seriously ill and required medical attentions.

PSYCHOLOGICAL AND EMOTIONAL EFFECT

The Coronavirus disease pandemic had impacted the economy, livelihood,
and mental well-being of the people worldwide. The study aimed to compare the
mental health status after the pandemic in the general population of seven middle
income countries (MICs) in Asia (China, Iran, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines,
Thailand and Vietnam). All the counties used the Impact of Event Scale – Revised
(IES-R) and Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale to measure mental health. There
was 4479 Asians completed the questionnaire with demographic characteristic,
physical symptoms and health service utilization, contact history, knowledge and
concern, precautionary measure and rated their mental health with the IES-R and
DASS-21. descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and linear
regression were used to identify protective and risk factors associated with mental
health parameters. DASS-21 stress, anxiety and depression scores whereas
Vietnam had all the lowest score. The risk factors adverse mental health during the
COVID-19 pandemic included age 30 year, high education background, single and
separated status, discrimination by other countries and contact with people with
COVID-19. The protective factors for mental health includes male gender, stayed
with children, or more than 6 people in the same household, employment,
confidence in doctors, high perceived likelihood of survival, and spending less time
on health information. This comparative study among 7 MICs enhanced the
understanding of mental health in the general population after the COVID-19
pandemic.

PHYSICAL EFFECT
As one of the biggest infectious respiratory health crises, it had become a
global public health emergency and was more transmissible than influenza. Older
people and individuals with underlying Chronic diseases (e.g. Cardiovascular
Disease, diabetes, Respiratory Problems) are at risk of responding worse to the viral
infection and death from severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus, immune
response and immunization against influenza were influenced with the age and
showed weak effects. Thus, healthy active lifestyle is very important for the health of
the overall population but, especially for those with additional risk factors and older
people. And might improve the effect of Vaccines on the immune system in these
vulnerable population.
In addition to social/physical distancing, isolation, and confinement, specific
vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 and/or effective therapies for COVID-19 are
developed and may prevent or
delay the decline of immune competence. The production of safe,
effective, and deployable SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are urgent to mitigate the harmful
impacts of the pandemic and prevent future outbreaks. However, global efforts seek
to produce COVID-19 vaccines and recently specific antiviral treatment or vaccine
for SARS-COV-2 had been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The first COVID-19 vaccine that received regulatory approval was Pfizer/BioNTech.
Traditionally, the development of vaccine progresses from preclinical to clinical
phases, got the vaccine licensure, and ended with production. Nonetheless, the
timeline to the develop COVID-19 vaccines is shortened and the stages are
compressed and overlapped in order to speed up the results in a short time frame. In
the context of the pandemic, questions regarding the potential role of vaccine as
immune function treatment to mitigate risk of communicable disease (e.g., bacterial
and viral infections) had increased appreciably. Understanding of COVID-19
vaccination responses is needed to improve vaccine effectiveness and ultimately
reduce the incidence of virus infection. COVID-19 vaccination may have local and
systemic side effects, such as fatigue, headache, fever, localized pain and
tenderness at the vaccination site which can last several days. To the best of our
knowledge, there are no published data on the duration of the vaccine’ side effects.
Thus, the impact of side effects on the ability to perform physical activity (PA) is yet
undetermined. Moreover, the effects of COVID-19 vaccine associated to PA/exercise
are also unknown.
Exercise strategies and increased vaccine research that may provide positive
effects to prevent disease is clinically important. Accordingly, a consensus across
the exercise immunology literature suggested that PA/exercise training as an
immune function adjuvant to reduce risk of communicable disease, 6 can enhance
immunity after vaccination and long-duration moderate aerobic exercise may help
reduce the risk of influenza-related infection, potentially improving the immune
responses to influenza and pneumonia vaccination in older adults. However, little is
known about modalities and doses of PA (intensity and duration of effort and type of
exercise) which may be most beneficial.
Until COVID-19 vaccines become more widely available and efficient, people
should be aware with the danger of this pandemic, adhere to health control
protocols, avoid gathering, and stay fit. Future studies that deepen the relationship
between PA and COVID-19 vaccine would certainly be relevant in view of the
probable benefits already mentioned. Therefore, because of the safety concerns,
some are considered that vaccination decisions and practice PA before or after
vaccination should be given very carefully after the pandemic until further data
become available.

RESEARCH OBJECIVES
General Objectives
To assess the Effect of COVID 19 Vaccines in terms of Physical,
Psychological, and Emotional Health of STEM Students Block 1 and Block 2.

Specific Objectives
To determine the Effects of COVID 19 Vaccines in Physical, Emotional and

BENEFICIARIES
Local Government. The people beyond this aimed to protect every citizen
from the City Proper included the vaccinated and Non-Vaccinated. Everyone from
city being Benefactor aside from being protected from the virus and prevent from
spreading
School Administration. They help everyone to improves the methods inside
the administration. They also determined what should be the protocols, For the
safety of everyone.
Teachers. Causing them be prone from virus and they aimed for the safety
inside the respective rooms since the Teachers perspective form this is to prevent
the virus.
Students. This was benefactors, since every Students manage to be
vaccinated and it help them to overcome lack of understanding about the situations
specially nowadays that students already able to come to school, being vaccinated
and knowledgeable about the protocol is the way to be safe and prevent the
spreading virus.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The researchers believed that this study will not only yield data that would be
helpful. More so to the following groups of people:
Local Government  The data is helpful for local government. Hence, they
are implemented it in the city. They are the first authorized persons to help and
respond on whatever has happen based on the effects of vaccine to the vaccinated
people. It leads them to employ health workers this may be utilized for that they gave
assistance and enjoinment what they must to do.
School Administration  This study will aware the admins and principal just
in case the teacher and students go to school, having a way to find out if they will be
prone to COVID or if they can be carriers. Knowing the effects of vaccines will help
the School Administration to be more careful. Otherwise, the School Administrators
can keep it safe either vaccinated or not.
Teachers  The result of the study will help the teacher particularly every
adviser of each class with empirical information on the effects of vaccines to the
students. Thus, it will lead them to be aware, stay healthy and dictate them to follow
the protocols.
Students  In particularly, Students will gain knowledge about the
importance of vaccine, how the effects is done and as to how to deal with it. Hence,
students may aspire to be aware and stay healthy. On the other hand, the study
would benefit the students aspire to take vaccine.

REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE AND STUDIES

This is about review related literature and studies that the researcher
considered in strengthening the claim and importance of the present study. This also
will present the synthesis, theoretical and conceptual framework to fully understand
to research to be done.
Related Literature
According to WHO (2022) that the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an
infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Most people infected with the
virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without
requiring special treatment. However, some will become seriously ill and require
medical attention. Older people and those with underlying medical conditions like
cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, or cancer are more
likely to develop serious illness. Addition to that information, the article of WebMD
(2021) about Coronavirus and COVID-19: What You Should Know, it states that a
coronavirus is a kind of common virus that causes an infection in your nose, sinuses,
or upper throat. Most coronaviruses aren't dangerous. Moreover, in article of Harvard
Health Publishing (2022) about the Preventing the spread of the coronavirus that
getting vaccinated and boosted is the best way to reduce your risk of symptoms,
especially becoming severely ill, if you get COVID-19. But right along with
vaccination are steps you can take to both avoid getting infected and help prevent
spreading the virus to others. They include wearing your mask when you need to,
avoiding crowds, and maintaining physical distance.
Furthermore, according to article study of WHO (2022) about how Vaccines
work that vaccines contain weakened or inactive parts of a particular organism
(antigen) that triggers an immune response within the body. Newer vaccines contain
the blueprint for producing antigens rather than the antigen itself. In addition to that
the recent vaccine that we need is COVID-19, According to article of National Center
for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) (2022) about the
Understanding How COVID-19 Vaccine works that the COVID-19 vaccines are safe
and effective. You may have side effects after vaccination,
but these are normal. It typically takes two weeks after you are fully vaccinated for
the body to build protection (immunity) against the virus that causes COVID-19. If
you are not vaccinated, find a vaccine. Keep taking all precautions until you are fully
vaccinated. If you are fully vaccinated, you can resume many activities that you did
before the pandemic. However, you should wear a mask indoors in public if you are
in an area of substantial or high transmission to maximize protection from the Delta
variant and to prevent possibly spreading it to others. DOH: Office of the secretary
state that the COVID-19 vaccination process in vaccination sites including the
registration, screening, counselling, vaccine recipient reporting, AEFI monitoring and
referral shall follow (DOH) Department Memorandum 2021- 0099 and other relevant
policies. E. Instructions for COVID-19 vaccination providers and administrators on
storage and handling, dosing and schedule, administration, contraindications,
warnings, adverse reactions, and use with other vaccines shall follow Philippine FDA
EUA.
Moreover, COVID-19 vaccination will help protect people from getting
COVID-19. According to published study of OECD.org (2021), it states that the trust
in the vaccines is vital, and is critically dependent on the ability of governments to
communicate the benefits of vaccination, and to deliver the vaccines safely and
effectively. This brief addresses the role of governments in promoting confidence in
the effectiveness and safety through effective communication, as well as trust in their
ability to procure and distribute them efficiently and equitably. According to article
study of CT.gov (2022) that the serious side effects that could cause a long-term
health problem are extremely unlikely following any vaccination, including COVID-19
vaccination. Vaccine monitoring has historically shown that side effects generally
happen within 6 weeks of receiving a vaccine dose. At least 8 weeks’ worth of safety
data were gathered in the clinical trials for all of the authorized COVID-19 vaccines
and it is unusual for vaccine side effects to appear more than 8 weeks after
vaccination.
Furthermore, COVID-19 affects different people in different ways including the
students. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover
without hospitalization. According to the article study of CDC (2021) Some people
experience a range of new or ongoing symptoms that can last weeks or months after
first being infected with the virus that causes COVID-19. Unlike some of the other
types of post-COVID conditions that tend only to occur in people who have had
severe illness, these symptoms can happen to anyone who has had COVID-19,
even if the illness was mild, or if they had no initial symptoms. People commonly
report experiencing different combinations of the following Symptoms: Difficulty
breathing or shortness of breath, Tiredness or fatigue, Symptoms that get worse
after physical or mental activities (also known as post-exertional malaise), Difficulty
thinking or concentrating (sometimes referred to as “brain fog”), Cough, Chest or
stomach pain, Headache, Fast-beating or pounding heart (also known as heart
palpitations), Joint or muscle pain, Pins-and-needles feeling, Diarrhea, Sleep
problems, Fever, Dizziness on standing (lightheadedness), Rash, Mood changes,
Change in smell or taste, Changes in menstrual period cycle.
A student who had a COVID-19 vaccine may experience flu-like symptoms
and other side effects, including: pain at the injection site, swelling at the injection
site, Fatigue headache and muscle pain a fever. The side effects may be worse after
the second dose of the vaccine because the body’s immune response will be
intensified. According to WHO's Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) has
concluded that the Pfizer/BionTech vaccine is suitable for use by people aged 12
years and above. Children aged between 12 and 15 who are at high risk may be
offered this vaccine alongside other priority groups for vaccination. Vaccine trials for
children are ongoing and WHO will update its recommendations when the evidence
or epidemiological situation warrants a change in policy. It's important for children to
continue to have the recommended childhood vaccines.
Related Studies
According to Riad et. Al (2021) young adults had been widely perceived as a
low-risk group for COVID-19 severity; therefore, they were deprioritized within the
mass vaccination strategies as their prognosis of COVID-19 infection is relatively
more favorable than older age groups. On the other hand, vaccination of this
demographic group is indispensable to achieve herd immunity. A cross-sectional
survey-based study was used to evaluate the side effects of mRNA-based COVID-
19 vaccines among university students in the Czech Republic. The validated
questionnaire was delivered in a digital form, and it consisted of demographic data;
COVID-19 vaccine-related anamnesis; and local, systemic, orofacial, and skin-
related side effects’ prevalence, onset, and duration.
However, according to Park, Brekke and Bratincsak (2021) it state that two
adolescent males presented within 3 days after the first and second dose of the
BNT162b2 vaccine with chest pain. Elevated troponin levels, ST segment elevation,
and enhancement of the myocardium in cardiac MRI suggested myocarditis. Left
ventricular function remained normal, symptoms resolved, and patients were
discharged in 4 days. BNT162b2 vaccine may be associated with self-limited
myocarditis in youth.
According to the article study of National Center for Immunization and
Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), Division of Viral Diseases (2022) about the COVID-
19 Vaccines for Children and Teens, it states that the teens ages 12 to 17 years old
should receive the Pfizer- BioNTech COVID-19 booster shot at least 5 months after
completing their Pfizer- BioNTech COVID-19 primary series. Currently, a booster
shot is not recommended for children younger than 12 years old. Preparing Children
and Teens for Vaccination. The experience of getting a COVID-19 vaccine will be
very similar to the experience of getting routine vaccines. Use this tips to support
your child before, during, and after routine vaccinations when they get a COVID-19
vaccine. Talk to your child before vaccination about what to expect. It is not
recommended you give pain relievers before vaccination to try to prevent side
effects. Tell the doctor or nurse about any allergies your child may have. To prevent
fainting and injuries related to fainting, your child should be seated or lying down
during vaccination and for 15 minutes after the vaccine is given. After your child’s
COVID-19 vaccination, you will be asked to stay for 15–30 minutes so your child can
be observed in case they have a severe allergic reaction and need immediate
treatment.
According to National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases
(NCIRD), Division of Viral Diseases (2022), state that the COVID-19 mRNA teaches
cells in the body how to create an effective immune response to the virus that
causes COVID-19. This response helps protect you from getting sick with COVID-19
in the future. After the body produces an immune response, it discards all the
vaccine ingredients, just as it would discard any substance that cells no longer need.
This process is a part of normal body functioning.
According to ABS-CBN NEWS (2021). Headaches and fever are among the
most common adverse effects reported by Filipinos who received SinoVac and
AstraZeneca jabs, health officials said Tuesday, noting that these should not trigger
public fear over being inoculated. Of the 1.16 million doses of COVID-19 jabs
administered in the Philippines, there were 24,761 reports of adverse effects in the
Philippines between March 1 and April 11, said Dr. Eileen Alikpala Cuajunco from
the National Adverse Events Following Immunization Committee
(NAEFIC).According to the data from the Department of Health (DOH) showed the
following adverse effects reported among Filipinos inoculated vs. COVID-19:
SINOVAC; Blood pressure, increase Headache, Vaccination site pain, Dizziness,
Rash. ASTRAZENECA; Fever, Headache, Vaccination site pain, Chills, Myalgia.
The Department of Health (DOH 2022) state that the side effects can happen
soon after the vaccination if the patient has a stress-related response or an allergy, It
can happen anytime in a matter of few minutes, hours or days, nothing that the
government panel is monitoring possible adverse effects for a year for any new
vaccine.
Synthesis
The reviewed literature and study deals primarily with the side effects of the
COVID-19 vaccine in health sector. The reviewed works including WHO (2022),
National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) (2022),
OECD.org (2021) emphasizes the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine in health of
the person.
The trust in the vaccines is vital, and is critically dependent on the ability of
governments to communicate the benefits of vaccination, and to deliver the vaccines
safely and effectively (OECD.org, 2021). Yet that the serious side effects that could
cause a long-term health problem are extremely unlikely following any vaccination,
including COVID-19 vaccination (CT.gov, 2022).
Moreover, Young adults had been widely perceived as a low-risk group for
COVID-19 severity; therefore, they were deprioritized within the mass vaccination
strategies as their prognosis of COVID-19 infection is relatively more favorable than
older age groups (Riad et. Al, 2021). Furthermore, in local context, Headaches and
fever are among the most common adverse effects reported by Filipinos who
received SinoVac and AstraZeneca jabs, health officials said Tuesday, noting that
these should not trigger public fear over being inoculated. Of the 1.16 million doses
of COVID-19 jabs administered in the Philippines, there were 24,761 reports of
adverse effects in the Philippines between March 1 and April 11, said Dr. Eileen
Alikpala Cuajunco from the National Adverse Events Following Immunization
Committee (NAEFIC) (ABS-CBN NEWS, 2021). The present study is similar to
reviewed researches since it deals also with the side effects of the COVID-19
vaccine in health of the person, particularly in side effects of the COVID-19 in young
adults. However, the present investigation differs from the reviewed researches
because it specifically aims to identify the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine in
physical, mental, emotional of the student in Sta. Monica High School, Puerto
Princesa City, Palawan. Finally, the present study also aims to forms the
recommendations on what is the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine in physical,
mental and emotional of Grade 12, STEM 1 and 2 of Sta. Monica High School.
THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
The study is anchored on Psychological & Behavioral Predictors of Vaccine
Efficacy by Madison, et Al (2021), this study has a robust evidence has
demonstrated that stress, depression, loneliness, and poor health behaviors can
impair the immune system's response to vaccines, and this effect may be greatest in
vulnerable groups such as the elderly. Psychological factors are also implicated in
the prevalence and severity of vaccine-related side effects. These findings have
generalized across many vaccine types and therefore may be relevant to the SARS-
CoV-2 vaccine. Over the past 30 years, a series of studies has documented the
impact of psychological factors on the immune system's vaccine response. The
theory imposes a noteworthy that vaccine efficacy depends not only on the vaccine
but also on characteristics of the vaccinated. Even though rigorous testing has
shown that the COVID-19 vaccines approved for distribution in the United States are
highly effective at producing a robust immune response, not everyone will
immediately gain their full benefit. Environmental factors, as well as an individual’s
genetics and physical and mental health, can weaken the body’s immune system,
slowing the response to a vaccine (Association for Psychological Science, 2021).
Vaccines work by challenging the immune system. Within hours of a vaccination,
there is an innate, general immune response on the cellular level as the body begins
to recognize a potential biological threat. This frontline response by the immune
system is eventually aided by the production of antibodies, which target specific
pathogens. It is the continued production of antibodies that helps to determine how
effective a vaccine is at conferring long-term protection vaccine. Even though
rigorous testing has shown that the COVID-19 vaccines approved for distribution in
the United States are highly effective at producing a robust immune response, not
everyone will immediately gain their full benefit. Environmental factors, as well as an
individual’s genetics and physical and mental health, can weaken the body’s immune
system, slowing the response to a vaccine. (Association for Psychological Science,
2021). This found that the physical, mental and emotional health has been affected
by the side effects of the COVID-19.

percentage score of 1.1% interpreted as none. In compare according to WHO’s
Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE), conclude that students who had a
Covid-19 vaccine may experience systematic effects including headache and fever.
In additional, according to Dr. Eileen Alikpala Cuajunco from the National Adverse
Events Following Immunization Committee (NAEFIC) (ABS-CBN NEWS, 2021),
stated that, headaches and fever are among the most common adverse effects
reported by Filipinos who received vaccines.

The table 6 shows that the insomnia has the mean of 1.7 and the highest
range that fall under the Interval for NONE. According to Krieger, Lisa M. of
California News that the vaccines are designed to give the immune system a lasting
memory of the viral components, not everyone responds equally well because the
effectivity of the vaccine is about 70% to 90%effective in young adults. Anxiety has
become the second with the mean of 1.65 and fall under the interval for NONE.
According to Mental health America (2022, April 3) that nothing relate to safety was
cut out of the process and for safety reasons, you’ll be asked to stay at your
vaccinated sites for about 15 minutes after the shot, but side effects are actually a
good thing, it means the vaccine is doing its job to help your body develops the
immunity to the virus. Difficulty of Thinking has the mean of 1.6 and the neutral range
that also fall under the interval for NONE. According to Elise Paul, Andrew Steptoe,
and Daisy Fancourt of Department of Behavioral Science and Health, University
College London that 16% of respondents displayed high levels of mistrust about
vaccines. However, estimates and predictors of negative vaccines, difficulty of
thinking turn predict uncertainly and willingness to vaccine is the context of COVID-
19 are unavailable. Depression has the mean of 1.5 and the low range that fall under
the interval for NONE. According to Beth JoJack (2022, January 26) that the
vaccinated feel depressed because they pay more attention to the information that is
largely negative, misinformed statements like COVID19 vaccines will alter people’s
DNA, COVID19 vaccines contains the lung tissue of aborted fetuses and etc. Proven
the statements is false. Lastly, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder has the mean of 1.3
and fall under the interval for NONE. The respondents have an overall mean of 1.55
and interpret as NONE.

The Table 7 shows the presentation of data in terms of psychological effects

of the respondents have an overall mean of 1.6 and interpret as none. Sleeping
Problems has the highest mean percentage score of 2.3 interpreted as low.
According to Kara Jillian Brown (2021, August27) that getting enough sleep may
help you build up immunity after getting the Covid-19 vaccine. In other words, they
appear more protected but nonetheless is likely. When you get by Anxious have
score of 1.7 interpreted also as none. Panic Attack shows as a result of 1.3
interpreted as none. According to Kim HJ Jeon SW, Yoon HK that lack of data such
an important adverse even might cause speculation and vaccine hesitancy. The
report should not discourage people from receiving COVID-19 vaccination as the
benefits of vaccination outweigh the rare risk of panic disorder.

RESEARCH FINDINGS, CONCLUSION, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This presents the research finding, conclusion, recommendations derived in
the conducts of the study which is to probe on the effects of Covid-19 to Grade-12
STEM Students of Sta. Monica High School: A Respondent Perception:
The study was conducted at Sta. Monica High School. The respondents were the
Grade 12 STEM students. There were selected using purposive sampling. Pertinent
data were obtained through data analysis. The statistical tools used were mean,
percentage, and verbal interval.

IMPLICATIONS
COVID-19 vaccines are effective at protecting people from getting seriously ill,
being hospitalize, and even dying. It offers to protection to people who had a COVID-
19. Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is safer, more reliable way to build protection than
getting COVID-19. This vaccine helps you protect by creating an anti-body responds
without having to experience sickness, potentially including severe illness. You
experience adverse effects after vaccination, these effects will usually go away on
their own within on to three day. If these do not go away after a few days or seem to
be getting worse, consult a healthcare professional. If you have pain at injection site
or fever, headaches or body aches after vaccination, you can choose to take
acetaminophen or ibuprofen that recommended by doctor. People who have certain
medical medication conditions or who are taking medications that weaken their
immune system are at increased risk of severe COVID-19 illness and death .
Additionally, their immune response to COVID-19 vaccination may not be as strong
as in people who are not immunocompromised. Emerging data on effectiveness
indicates that licensed COVID-19 vaccines are contributing to controlling the spread
of the disease. Until widespread vaccination has been achieved, both vaccinated
and unvaccinated people need to be aware of the additional protective behaviours
required to control the pandemic locally.

FINDINGS
1.The demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, vaccine dose, sex,
and section.
In terms of age, the highest number of respond’s age is 18 years old and the
lowest is 22 and 23 years old. The majority are male students. Most of the
respondents are already fully vaccinated with the percentage of 97.7%. STEM 1 and
STEM 2 has the equal population responds.

2.The distribution of the respondents in terms of physical, emotional, and

psychological effects
2.1 In terms of physical effects having an overall mean score of 1.58. The
effects which got the highest weighted mean in physical effects is headache, having
a mean percentage score of 2.3. It is followed by fever having a mean percentage
score of 2.2. On the other hand, diarrhea is the lowest mean which got a mean
percentage score of 1.1%
2.2 In terms of Emotional effects, the overall mean is 1.55 and most of the
respondents usually feel nothing relate to emotional effect on their experience after
engaging to vaccine as well as for self-observations. There are findings said that the
emotional effects like insomnia, depression, and etc. has nothing to do about the
vaccine, it is just because we got the wrong and misinformed statements and that
leads to performing some emotional symptoms but the other effects are good thing
because it means that the vaccine is responding to our body. The effect also
depends to our immune system and find out that 70%-90% effectivity of the vaccine
to the young and 50%-60% to older.
2.3 In terms of psychological effects having an overall mean score of 1.6. The
effects which got the highest weighted mean in psychological effects is sleeping
problem, having a mean percentage score of 2.3. It is followed by anxious having a
mean percentage score of 1.7%. On the other hand, Panic attack and aggression is
the lowest mean which got a mean percentage score of 1.3%
CONCLUSION
Based on the findings, the researchers conclude that:
1. In terms of physical effects, most of the students got headache and fever
after being vaccinated in other given effects. The respondents are none on
the effects with the overall mean 1.58%. Therefore, concluded that most of
the respondents are interpreted as none in term of physical effects.
2. In terms of emotional effects, the study revealed that most of the students
got insomnia and anxiety after being vaccinated. The respondents are none
on the experience with the overall mean 1.55%. Therefore, concluded that
most of the respondents are interpreted as none in terms of emotional effects.
3. In terms of psychological effect, the study revealed that most of the
students got sleeping problems after being vaccinated than any other given
effects. The respondents are none on the experience with the overall 1.6%.
Therefore, concluded that most of the respondents are interpreted as none in
terms of psychological effects.
