    DELIVERY : 10 to 12 weeks after receipt of P.O. & Payment. Delivery period will
    commence from the date on which all technical and commercial details are
    settled and acceptance of payment terms mentioned below is received
    INSPECTION : Goods will be offered for inspection, Free of Cost at our Nashik Works, prior
    to dispatch, if desired. Whenever the user desires on carrying out an
    inspection, we will provide 15 days advance intimation for carrying out
    inspection. If the purchaser or his nominees fails to carry out inspection within
    7 days of the expiration of 15 days, the inspection will be deemed to be
    waived and the material will be dispatched.

    PAYMENT TERMS : 100% Advance with Purchase Order
    WARRANTY : Instruments supplied carry a warranty of 12 months from the date of
    installation or 15 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier, against
    any manufacturing defects. This warranty will not be applicable if the
    purchaser, as per the terms of the contract, does not make payments.
    Warranty doesn’t includes consumables like, liner, septa, o-ring, furrules,
    nuts, columns, etc.
    JURISDICTION : All disputes relating to the above contract are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
