    SUSPECT IN THE DEATH OF A TUCSON BOY KILLED IN A

    TAKE GAMEZ LIVE AT CROSSWALK…

    AT THIS CROSSWALK AT OLSEN AND SPEEDWAY,

    FIVE-YEAR-OLD RAJ AHLUWALIA, WAS HIT BY A VEHICLE AS HE AND

    HIS MOTHER WERE CROSSING SPEEDWAY.

    THE BOY’S MOTHER SAID SHE WAS TAKING HIM TO DAYCARE

    BEFORE WORK WHEN HE WAS HIT.

    SOT: We have interviewed all witnesses and examined all surveillance footage

    of the crosswalk. We have enough evidence to charge 22-year-old Oliver

    Wilson Watson with a hit-and-run. We will do everything in our power to

    protect our citizens and bring justice to those who break the law.

    SOT: My client was devastated to hear about the death of 5-year-old Raj

    Ahluwalia. He said he drove to work on Speedway that morning when he hit

    “something” near the crosswalk. He kept driving because he was already late

    for work. After reaching out to me, I advised him to go to police headquarters

    and explain what happened. My client is not guilty, and I believe he will not be

    charged with hit-and-run. He will appear in court as scheduled on Friday,

    Sept 9, 2022.
