1. Place a nonstick skillet over medium heat until heated.
2. Add the whole spices and coo until very fragrant, stirring continuously.
3. Transfer the spice mixture onto a plate and keep aside to cool.
4. In a spice grinder, add the spice mixture and grind until finely ground.
5. Transfer the spice mixture into a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture into a glass jar and seal tightly.
7. Store in a cool, dry place.
