management is to have a good attitude, and many others that I can use in
future work and be a part of others.

12
PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND SOLUTIONS DONE

As a student who did OJT at western Philippines University, we have a

variety of training experiences with many opportunities that give us knowledge
and experience that we can use in our work and we can share it through teaching.
But it has some of the problems that need to be solved.

The first problem the trainee encountered was closed-circuit television or CCTV.

A second problem on the front office side is that it does not have materials
such as sanitizer, face mask, and thermometer used to prevent the spread of
covid-19 disease and to prevent contamination of guess, faculty and trainees.

A third problem in the kitchen part is that many utensils are lacking such
as plates, glasses, spoons, forks, water dispensers, soaps, cookware and lack of a
table when there is an occasion that guesses and trainees really need.

Four other problems on the part of this CR are clogged, lack of facilities,
overflow and limited dish washing and tissue only.

Fifth problem in this part of the room is the broken bed, lack of bed sheets,
pillows, blankets, curtains and weak air con.

The sixth problem with this front door is that it lacks the lock which requires
a double lock for safety first of all.

13
