    Muscat Smart Investment LLC is offering MOHAMMED MASOUD ALAM the position of MIG WILDER. The monthly salary will be 140 R.O. including a basic salary of 70 R.O., food allowance of 30 R.O., and other allowance of 40 R.O. There will be a three month probation period.     We refer to our discussion and are pleased to confirm our intent to employee you with Muscat Smart
    Investment LLC in the position of MIG WILDER according to the following terms and conditions:

    Monthly Salary Basic Salary 70 R.O.


    Food Allowance 30 R.O.
    Other Allowance 40 R.O.
    Total Salary 140 R.O.
    Accommodation provided by company and nearby work location.
    Probation Period: As per the Omani labor law, there will be a probationary period of three months which
    will be counted as part of employment period if successfully
    completed and trial for Muscat Smart Investment LLC before giving
    the visa for one week.
    Working Times: Work Starts from 9 AM- 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 9 PM Sat to Thu. If working in Friday will
    be change to other day as the time had worked or will be counted as
    overtime.

    Air Passage: You will be given one economy class air passage Muscat/ Delhi /Muscat on proceeding after
    two years or other airports in same rate.

    Notice period: This agreement can be terminated by either party giving the other party not less than two
    months’ notice in writing, if the candidate is not completing the 2
    years contract, he should bear the expenses for his recruitment and
    air ticket.

    Other conditions: The candidate has to recover the expenses incurred for the recruitment and will
    be responsible for the air fare if 24 months contract is not completed.
    Any other condition shall be governed by the Omani labor law.
    The above Employment offer is valid for a period of one week, and subject to final clearance of your visa
    by the department of immigration and Regularization and concerned authorities. The company shall not
    be held responsible for failure to obtain the necessary work/resident permit.
    Please sign and return a copy of this letter to this office as proof of confirmation of your acceptance to the
    above terms and conditions.
