and the natural mother and therefore the father must have 50/50 custody and

4 property rights cannot be deprived unless by due process.

2. Take notice it may not sound natural to refer to offspring as property, but it

is a fact the offspring are the property of the father and the mother and

8 thereby they must share 50/50 custody and this right to property cannot be
9
deprived unless by due process of law requiring a judgment by peers.

boundaries of this state and hereby this administrative state court must
13
acknowledge that the defendant/father is not a “person”3 defined under 42
14

15 U.S. Code § 653 Federal Parent Locator Service definition of “person4”

means an individual, a trust or estate, a partnership, or a corporation.

his consent to waive rights secured by state constitution and federal

9 constitution allowing the court to assign custody rights and visitation rights

without due process in accordance with state constitution and 5th and 14th
11
amendments, because this is the only lawful way the court can assign

13 custody and visitation rights against the Defendant/Father’s wishes.

rights of the private citizen, and against any stealthy encroachments thereon

18 and must provide equal protection of law and ensure the Defendant/Father’s

due process rights against the deprivation of life, liberty, and property is

1. Relief is required by this state administrative court for it is an adjudicated

and therefore must ensure the Movant/Defendant/Father retains his

16 constitutional right to 50/50 custody of his offspring.

state agency or state administrative court from interfering with the private

20 rights of the father’s constitutional right to 50/50 custody of his offspring.
