    You are hereby put on notice of requirements to provide presentments of all documents in your
    possession relating to any contractual agreements between Select Portfolio Servicing Inc., and Melissa
    Foster to include, but not excluding other documents in possession, original contract, note, truth-
    inlending disclosures, closure disclosure, transference contract, REMIC, WHFIT, WHMT filings on
    behalf of NAH, payoff, security interest accounts in NAH, and form W-9, 1096, 1099S, 1009A,
    1099OID; information as to the amount of debt; consumer statement; verification of your claim or
    ownership of the debt. For clarity for persons with disabilities, please include the description of the
    language used, the dictionary reference used, system of grammar used, and a legend to symbols used,
    for each presentment. Once verification of the contractual agreement of debt is verified, payoff can be
    made. Please also include any company policy you may have relating to transfer to Trusts.
    You are required to respond per Public Law 111-203, title X, 124 Stat. 2092, 15 USC 1692g within five
    (5) days. Failure to respond with no presentments as requested assumes acknowledgment that either
    there is no contractual agreement between the parties referenced, or the NAH has paid any debt in full
    per 15 USC 1692g(a).
