DECISION AND ENTRY GRANTING THE STATE OF OHIO’S APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, This matter is before the Court upon motion by the State of Ohio for a temporary restraining order to enjoin Columbus City Code Sections 2323.191(B)(1) and (2), 2323.32, 2323.11(N), and 2323.321 and to enjoin Defendant Columbus City Attomey Zach Klein from enforcing the challenged ordinances. Upon review, Plaintiff's motion is well taken and GRANTED. Columbus City Code Sections 2323.191(B)(1) and (2), 2323.32, 2323.11(N), and 2323.321 are hereby enjoined for a period of fourteen (14) days unless or until this temporary restraining order is dissolved. Defendant Columbus City Atomey Zach Klein is hereby enjoined and restrained from enforcing Columbus City Code Sections 2323.191(B)(1) and (2), 2323.32, 2323.11(N), and 2323.321 unless or until LU Judge Berens this temporary restraining order is dissolved. IT IS SO ORDERED.
