Elon Musk. Twitter Blocked Me
Elon Musk. Twitter Blocked Me
1
The Chinese Communist Party (“Chicoms”) blocked me, a citizen of the United States and a
resident of Washington State, from sharing a Tweet from my Twitter account, “@trumpgenius2”,
on Facebook. The tweet recognized Beijing-born Chloe Zhao for becoming “the first [“Asian”]
woman of color to win an Oscar for best director for her film Nomadland.”
“Independent Fact Checkers” labeled it as “misinformation” and “false information about COVID-
19 that could contribute to physical harm”. Nothing in my Tweet or the article mentioned
“COVID-19”:1 The success of Nomadland led to Frances Louise McDormand becoming the first
person in American history to win Academy Awards both as producer and performer; and the
second woman in American history to win Best Actress three times—second only to Katharine
Hepburn.2 McDormand was also collaterally damaged by the Chicom’s global censorship policies.
I believe this points to Twitter and Facebook allowing the Chicoms to use their “partnership”
portals to sustain the Chicom’s vicious and malicious assault on the international organization
known as “Human Rights Watch” (“HRW”)3 and Beijing-born Chloe Zhao. Thus, it is clear to me
that the Chicom’s clandestine censorship algorithm was cleverly and criminally disguised and
adapted to censor my constitutionally guaranteed free speech as “COVID-19 disinformation”.
To state differently, I believe the Chicoms, in conspiracy with others, clandestinely and criminally
own and operate Twitter and Facebook. My belief is bolstered by the fact that Twitter’s most recent
10-K Annual Report (filed February 16, 2022),

000029-index.htm, did not list the Chicoms as subsidiaries, owners, partners, or controllers. Further,
on October 31, 2022, Mr. Musk executed AMENDMENT NO. 13 to SCHEDULE 13D which
disclosed the fact that, among other things, “X Holdings I, Inc. (“Parent”)”, “is majority-owned and
controlled by Mr. Musk….” This was confirmed on December 2, 2022 by Parag Agrawal when he
filed SEC Form 4, “Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership” with the United States
Securities and Exchange Commission.

ml. See also SEC Form 15 executed on November 15, 2022 by Mr. Musk.

Mr. Musk, can you think of any reason why this matter should not be resolved out of court?
