Course Title BARBERING

Nominal Duration 325 hours

Qualification Level NCII

Course The BARBERING NC II Qualification consists of competencies


Description that a person must achieve to perform hair and scalp treatment,
basic hair coloring, basic men’s haircutting, shave and style beard
and mustache and perform chair manipulative relaxing services.

Trainee Entry Trainees or students wishing to enroll in this program must


Requirements possess the following requirements:
 Completed at least 10 years basic education or Holder of
Alternative Learning Systems (ALS) certificate of completion
with grade 10 equivalent;
 Basic communication skills
