An Election Committee (ELECOM) was formed to oversee the process, chaired by the Principal and including teachers and parents. All newly elected Homeroom PTA presidents from kindergarten through 6th grade are expected to participate. Class advisers are asked to inform their Homeroom PTA presidents of the election.

    ASSOCIATION (SPTA) FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023

    Date : 05 September 2022

    In accordance with Department Order No. 013, s. 2022 entitled “Omnibus


    Guidelines on the Regulation of Operations of Parent-Teacher Associations”, this
    office announces the election of officers of School Parents-Teachers Association (SPTA) for
    School Year 2022-2023 on September 9, 2022, 1:00 PM at the school covered court.

    To facilitate the whole duration of the election process, the Election Committee
    (ELECOM) was created. The composition is as follows:

    Chairperson : Dr. Elizabeth B. Medina (Principal)


    Members : Alma C. Bugarin (Teacher)
    Harold C. Gannaban (Teacher)
    : Daisy Galvan (Parent)
    : Ma. Victoria Gabriel (Parent)
    : China Cabacaba (Parent)
    : Evangeline Perez (Parent)

    Participants to this activity are the newly elected HPTA president of all classes from
    kindergarten to Grade Six.

    It is expected that Homeroom Parent-Teacher Associations (HPTA’s) were previously


    organized at the classroom level prior to the conduct of SPTA election. All class advisers are
    advised to relay this communication to their HPTA president the soonest.

    Widest dissemination of the content of this memorandum is earnestly sought.
