    I, BENIGNA DE LOS REYES of legal age, Filipino, widower and residents


    of P-3 Barangay Calamba, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte, Philippines,
    after having sworn to in accordance with law do hereby constitute and appoint
    DANIEL C. ESCULTOR of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of the same, to be
    my representative and lawful attorney in fact, for us and in my name, place
    and stead and to perform the following;

    1. TO Authorized my Attorney-in-fact to
    APPLY/PROCESS/SIGN/TRANSACT with the CENRO-DENR Regional
    Office for the approval of survey plans pertaining to the property
    registered in the name of BENIGNA DE LOS REYES, identified as
    portion of Lot 557, CAD-121 containing an area of TWENTY TWO
    THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (22,329) Square
    meters, situated in Barangay Calamba, City of Cabadbaran, Province
    of Agusan del Norte, Mindanao, Philippines;
    2. TO EXECUTE/ADMINISTER and SIGN all documents’ and all related
    instruments at the CENRO-DENR;
    3. To Process all required documents and pay whatever fees need to be
    paid in performance of the above authorization;
    4. GENERALLY to do all acts and things necessary to carry out to
    authority herein given.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney in fact full
    authority to do and perform all and every act and things whatsoever requisites
    necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all legal intents and
    purposes, as we might could do if personally present.
