Objectives:
- To engage its costumers so as gain understanding on customers point of view and to
gather feedback.
Mission:
- The company aims to be recognized as the best tasting milk tea shop in the town that
can give a unique creamy taste with a great drinking experience and satisfaction.
- To provide costumers with a diverse range of the highest quality products by
providing the tools necessary a create blend of tea that will suit them. All products are
guaranteed to be fresh and organic.
I. Marketing Plan
Product/Services Offerings:
- Kris-Tea drink menu includes a variety of teas and a large assortment of coffee
drinks. We also offer juices, smoothies, frappes and bottled water.
- Our food menu contains muffins, coffee cake, and various desserts as snacks. We also
have bagels and sandwiches for lunches. We offer meal-deals which contain a food
menu item and a drink item at a discounted price.
- Kris-Tea is capable of producing own pearls, pudding and jellies with no artificial
flavor.
- And you will surely enjoy the unique sorbetea milk tea because your tea becomes not
just ordinary milk tea.
- The product ranges for about Php35 to Php105, depending on the size and flavors.The
business offers different flavors that are in different variety.
- We offer live music entertainment on weekends. We have a small stage in our shop to
allow for local musicians to come and play Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings. We
invite anyone to sign up, but we ask for an acoustic style of performance. We request
this because the stage is not large enough for a full band, and also the acoustic style of
music will be less likely to interfere with customers meal orders or students study
time.
- Every 1st Monday of the month we host an open mic poetry night where people can
share their talents will others in the community.
- If local residents are looking for a place to show off their artwork, we are happy to
oblige. We have wall space around the shop specifically designed to display art pieces
and slots beside them to hold business cards if the artist is interested in selling.
- We at Kris-Tea desire to help students achieve their goals. That is why we offer a
quiet homework lounge, free Wi-Fi, and study materials for students to use. The study
materials include tools such as dictionaries, calculators, encyclopedias and more.
I. Production Plan
- Milk tea is a refreshing flavored iced tea with tapioca balls at the bottom. Milk is
mixed with a tea base, fruits, and flavored syrups, and later, the tapioca balls are
added. With its delicious and different take on a supposedly typical drink, milk tea
became a real hit.
- To serve Kris-Tea, it is the option of the business owner to decide what equipment
and supplies are to be purchased to assist in the preparation of the drink.

- Milk tea is a beverage originating from Hong Kong but is influenced by the British in
their long stint in the region. It is consist of black tea with evaporated milk or
condensed milk. Unlike Chinese Tea which is served plain, milk tea uses condensed
milk and sugar that gives the tea a richer feel. Milk tea is one of the two types of
bubble tea also known as pearl (milk) tea or boba (milk) tea and is a Taiwanese-
originated beverage.
1. Choose the best milk tea recipe suitable for your area.
Be sure that your milk tea recipe and concept will drive every possible customer in
your shop. Study your customer’s preference of milk tea. Every age has their own
taste of milk tea. However, don’t forget to offer wide arrays of choices for your milk
tea recipes like using soy milk or fruits that adds a flavorful taste to your milk tea.
2. Be original.
Milk tea business is a flourishing business but what makes you different from other
businesses is your originality. Successful milk teas businesses have one thing in
common–and that is their unique and distinct concept and recipes. If you are offering
milk tea, be sure it is milk tea but present customers with many choices.
3. Understand your market.
It is good if you find out personally what makes your customers happy. Talk to your
customers as if they have been in your shop for a long time. Bridged friendship to
them so that you will find out their comments about your milk tea.
To make the tea, water and tea (about 1 to 3 teaspoons of tea a cup, depending how
strong the drinker likes) are brought to a boil then simmered for about 3–6 minutes.
The tea is usually put in a sackcloth bag before the water is added to the pot to filter it
out or if no bag available poured through a strainer. Many people also remove the pot
from the heat once it boils for about 3 minutes, then bring the pot to a boil again. This
process can be repeated several times, intensifying the caffeine/flavor.

Strengths:
1. Has a minimum of 5 orders per delivery.
2. It is a customer-oriented store. The staffs welcome its customers; knows its regular
customers by name; adds its customers on facebook; and interacts with them through
facebook.
Threats:
1. Seasonal products are offered
2. Since not all combination suites well to tea, it limits the company in its product
innovation opportunities.
Opportunities:
1. Employees working near the area are one of the store’s potential customers.
2. Since coffee has become part of every Filipino’s activity, the company could expand its
product line by offering coffee products. At the same time it could also offer that depends
on the demand of the market.
Weaknesses:
1. Including unavailable offerings(i.e. Heavy meal)
2. Unavailability of promotional materials such as flyers.
Objectives:
1. To be the largest milk-tea shop in the town.
2. To be the best well-known tea shop in the Philippines.
3. To branch out to other cities.
4. Keep the customers feel always Tea-rrific.
Strategies:
Our marketing strategy will be targets the customers of the market leaders, such as Teavana. By
targeting these customers, we will know that they are active tea drinkers and will prove to be
lucrative customers. We feel confident by implementing the customizable tea that may customers
at a rapid rate.
Tactics:
- Know your customers (Staffs is always friendly and helpful)
- Create a website(for inquiries)
- Be active in social media (for boosting the business)
- Connect with the nano-influencer( those people who make blogs)
Controls:
- By monitoring the implementation of a plan and correcting deviations from the plan.
Possible solution:
- Decisions needed to be made and the responsible person to make decision.
- Improve profitability.
- Realistic solution should be identified that can be operated in the company with all its
constraints and opportunities.
Key to Success!
There should be only one recommendation to enhance the company’s operations and its growth
or solving its problems. The decisions that is being taken should be justified and viable for
solving the problems.
