DEED OF ADJUDICATION WITH PARTITION

“A parcel of land designated as Lot No. 4275, Cad-445-D covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-
9624, with an area of SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN (616) SQUARE METERS and located at Brgy. Sangladan,
Municipality of Paoay and in a Province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines”

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, RUBEN TABAG SADORRA, ANABELLA LORNA


SADORRA CERENADO, both resident of Brgy. Sangladan, Paoay, Ilocos
Norte, VALENTINA SADORRA CRISOSTOMO, presently residing at
4940, San Diego CT, Sparks, NV, with a Philippine postal address at Brgy.
VALENTINA SADORRA CRISOSTOMO DAISY MAE SADORRA CALACAL
RUBEN TABAG SADORRAANABELLA LORNA SADORRA CERENADO

Sangladan, Paoay, Ilocos Norte and DAISY MAE SADORRA CALACAL,


resident of Brgy. #1-N, Ricarte, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte, all of legal age,

Filipino citizens and, do hereby freely and spontaneously:

-DECLARE AND MAKE MANIFEST-

That we are the surviving heirs of the late SPS. VALENTINO A.


SADORRA and HERLINA T. SADORRA who died intestate at Paoay,
Ilocos Norte, which was the place of his residence at the time of his death;

That they left no wills and no known debts whatsoever at the time of
their death;

That they left as their property a parcel of land under their name
more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land designated as Lot No. 4275, Cad-445-D covered


by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-9624, with an area of
SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN (616) SQUARE METERS,
bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 4276, Cad-445-D; on trhe
SE., SW., & NW., along lines 2-3-4-1 by Barangay Road, located at
Brgy. Sangladan, Municipality of Paoay and in a Province of Ilocos
Norte, Philippines”

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises and


invoking the provisions of Rule Section 1, of Rule 74 of the Rules of Court,
WE hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the above-described parcel of land
declared under the name of SPS. VALENTINO A. SADORRA and
HERLINA T. SADORRA;

-DECLARETH FURTHER-

Being the adjudicatees, it is for our convenience and advantage that


the existing community of ownership between us be partially divided.
That We, the adjudicatees RUBEN TABAG SADORRA, ANABELLA
LORNA SADORRA CERENADO, DAISY MAE SADORRA CALACAL
and VALENTINA SADORRA CRISOSTOMO by mutual agreement
wishes to SEPARATE our aliquot share.
For the purpose of this partition agreement the parties have caused
the above described property to be subdivided as follows:

A. Lot 4275–A of a subdivision plan of Lot 4275, with


an area of SIXTY FOUR (64) SQUARE METERS to
ANABELLA LORNA SADORRA CERENADO;

B. Lot 4275–B of a subdivision plan of Lot 4275, with an


area of NINETY EIGHT (98) SQUARE METERS to
RUBEN TABAG SADORRA;

C. Lot 4275–C of a subdivision plan of Lot 4275, with an


area of TWO HUINDRED TWENTY SEVEN (227)
SQUARE METERS to VALENTINA SADORRA
CRISOSTOMO;

D. Lot 4275–D of a subdivision plan of Lot 4275, with


an area of TWO HUINDRED TWENTY SEVEN
(227) SQUARE METERS to DAISY MAE
SADORRA CALACAL;

The parties hereto have agreed to register this instrument with


proper authority in the Province of Ilocos Norte.
