Duration: 7-8 Months, from May’ 2020 to Jan’ 2021.

Training Fees: 154000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty-four Thousand only).

Payment Schedule: 10th of every month.

Upon receipt of the application from the Student for the Training offered by the
Company, the Company has agreed to provide Training to the Student, on such terms
and conditions as more particularly agreed and defined hereunder.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. ENROLLMENT:
• The Student has voluntarily enrolled for the Course on or before May’ 2020 to be
entitled to take Online Training offered by the Company.
2. STUDENT RULES:
• The Student shall be neatly groomed and dressed for all Training sessions.
• Following Dress code is compulsory during online training.
• 75% aattendance is compulsory.
• Trainers / Faculties will be allotted to you for your sessions as per the expertise,
and availability. No fixed faculty is promised.
• All the students enrolling for this Training shall be well versed with English
language. In case, if the student requires more training or is not fluent in English,
the Student acknowledges to enroll/learn English from any other institute or attend
English courses/ classes to better the language skills. The Company shall only
provide English Enhancement Training to the Students and not guarantee to teach
English speaking or language.
• The Student acknowledges of being aware of the prescribed minimum height
requirement for Ground Operations is 147cms min for both Male & Female
candidates and for Cabin Crew minimum height requirement for Female is155 cms
and for Male is 172 cms, that is set by Aviation Industry. Even after the knowledge
of the above, if the Student insists on joining the Training, the Company shall not
take any responsibility for rejection of the Student, basis height requirement.
• The Student also acknowledges that they should have clear skin without any body
marks including Tattoo, marks, scars on any visible body part or body piercing or
any other permanent marks shall not be acceptable in the Aviation Industry. The
student having any of the above, shall be permitted to enroll for Training but,
Company shall not be responsible to the Student if the same is not removed during
the Training or any job openings.
• The Student confirms that they may be rejected an opportunity due to any physical
clauses and exempts the Company from the same.
3. PAYMENT OF FEES:
• The payment of the Online Training Fees shall be made payable by way of Online
Transfer/ PAYTM/ Google Pay/ Bank transfer in favors of ‘SPEED JET AVIATION
ACADEMY LLP’, as per the Payment Schedule.
• The entire Online Training Fees shall be paid as per the Payment Schedule. However,
the Payment Schedule cannot exceed 3 months of the Enrollment Date.
• The Student shall not be allowed to attend the Online Training sessions for failure
to comply with the Payment Schedule.
• The Online Training Fees is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferrable
in any manner whatsoever.
• Notwithstanding anything contained hereinabove, the Company shall not be under
any obligation or be required to provide Online Training Completion Certificate in
the event, the Online Training Fees (in part or full) is unpaid/outstanding.

4. DOCUMENTS:
• The Student shall submit the required documents as mentioned above within 2 days
of execution of this Contract. In the event of failure to provide the same, the
Company shall be entitled to terminate this Contract without any notice to the
Student and with no further liability on the Company.

5. EXTENSION OF DURATION:
• The duration of Training is 6 months. However, due to any unavoidable conditions
including force measure and/ or at the discretion of the Company, the Training may
be extended by a period of further 3 months.
• The Student acknowledges that any part of training missed by him/her at the Centre
Location, may not be compulsorily repeated. In case, the Company at its sole
discretion decides to repeat the Online Training to cover the missed topics, the same
shall be subject to the availability of the Trainer and with no extra cost to the
Students apart from the fees.
6. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
• Training materials, presentations etc. will be provided via digital medium within one
(1) month of Online Training or as necessary for the Training, subject to availability
of the same and clearance of first installment.
• All Training Material, whether on the website link or portal given during the Online
Training, are owned by the Company. All Intellectual property rights in all Training
Material available from the Company including the design, text, modules, all printed
uploaded materials and the audio or video of webinars, online class and podcasts,
are owned by the Company. The Students are granted non-exclusive, non-
transferable and revocable license to access and use the Training Material for the
purpose of this Training only. No Training Material can be copied, recorded,
reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, or linked to in any way, in whole or in
part. Any unauthorized use, transmission or reproduction of the Training Material
shall constitute an infringement of the Company’s Intellectual property rights and
breach of this Contract. The Company shall be entitled, and not obliged, to initiate
appropriate civil and criminal action for such infringement/breach.
• The Online Training Material are the property of the Company and the same shall
not be made copies of, given to anyone or shared with anyone outside the Company.
If found in breach, the Student shall be terminated with immediate effect without
any refund of Training Fees and shall be prosecuted as per applicable law and
openings in the industry.
7. NO JOB GUARANTEE:
• The Company shall provide with interview opportunities for the Student with
International and Domestic Airlines/ Ground Handling Agencies/ any other aviation
related opportunities and any other Hospitality related opportunities (as applicable).
• THE STUDENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE JOB
GUARANTEE. The Company also does not charge any fee for Placement Service.
8. TERMINATION:
• The Company reserves the right to terminate this Contract and remove any Student
from the Online Training in the event of any act of moral turpitude, misconduct,
inappropriate behavior, misdemeanor by the Student. The Company will neither
 refund any Online Training Fees nor reimburse any costs under such
circumstances.
• The Company reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to terminate the Contract and
thereby discontinue the Training, if the Training Fees is not paid, as per the Payment
Schedule. As the Company makes investments and expenses for the arrangement
of Training, the Student understands that the Company shall not be liable to refund
any Training Fees already paid to the Company on the date of termination of the
Contract.

9. JURISDICTION:
• This Contract is governed by the laws of India and all disputes arising out of this
Contract shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

10.COORDINATION
The Student hereby confirms that he/ she has read and understood the above terms
and conditions and that he/she hereby agrees and accepts the same.
