I was dispatched to the I/L in reference to a death that occurred Alvin S Glenn Detention Center. Central
dispatch advised that Lt. Burnett (Alvin S Glenn) had requested RCSD responded on behalf of RC
Coroner's Office request. I arrived on scene and made contact with CSI Rainsford, CID Jasak & CID
Carwell. I was advised that the victim had been identified as Mr. Antonius Randolph per prior cases.
Central dispatch advised that RCEMS S118 was currently on scene and pronounced DOA @ 14:51. I
observed Mr. Randolph located in unit J cell 46 unresponsive
#######################################blood was located around the body.
All units proceeded into the detention center and made contact with Cpt. Sligh. Cpt. Sligh stated that the
jail was currently on lockdown after finding an unresponsive inmate (Code Blue) was located in unit J
(Juliet), cell 46. Cpt. Slight provided that video surveillance would be from the unit/pod however was
unable at this time as it would have to be downloaded.

Randolph was scheduled for bond court at 1400. Cpt. Sligh provided that around 13:31, Mr. Randolph
refused to go to bond court.

While in the administrative office, I made contact

Mr. Sligh proceeded to escort deputies/coroners office to the I/L (Pod J). Mr. Sligh provided that

During the interviews with on duty staff, CSI Rainsford and RC Coroners Office processed the scene
 where Mr. Randolph was located. The scene was then turned over to CID.
RCSD Desk Sgt, CID, CSI, RC Coroners Office, RCSD PIO & Staff Duty were all notified of the incident.
