Welcome

Welcome to the Training and Service Brochure for 2019

Welcome to the 2019 MULTIVAC Training and Service brochure, where you will
find information on our Training Department’s courses including both Engineering
and Operator training.

All courses are available across the full range of Packaging, Processing, Portioning
and Slicing machines and our courses focus on optimising machine performance
and minimising machine downtime.

We are happy to design bespoke courses to suit your specific business needs,
which can be run at either our Swindon Training facility or your site.

MULTIVAC UK are at the forefront of technology when it comes to training on our

machines, using tablet computers to aid training on our Multi-skills course, for
notes, documentation, videos and pre and post interactive quiz sessions.
Once the course is complete the tablet becomes the property of the attendee
to take away and they can then be uploaded with machine drawings, service
manuals and parts lists at their place of work.

The use of tablets also allows us to reduce our carbon footprint through the
reduction of printing of paper based training manuals.

In 2019, I invite you to investigate how your business and OEE can benefit from CONTENTS
working with MULTIVAC to train your engineering and operator teams and
maintain the quality and efficiency of your machines to ensure the maximum
lifespan of these valuable and essential assets. Multi-skills -The New Generation
of MULTIVAC Thermoformers 3
To aid you in this, our field service team now stands at 50+ technicians to ensure
