    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF SWAPPING AGREEMENT

    We, PAT VAL F DELA CONCEPCION, with Badge Number 335406 and PAT
    JOHN MEYNARD DL TATAD, with Badge Number 335724, both of legal age, bonafide
    members of the Philippine National Police, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
    the law do hereby depose and state:

    I, PAT VAL F DELA CONCEPCION, a resident of and with postal address at Zone
    1a Badang, Cararayan, Naga City and presently assigned at Catanduanes 2nd
    Provincial Mobile Force Company, Brgy. San Isidro, Viga, Catanduanes .

    I, PAT JOHN MEYNARD DL TATAD , a resident of and with postal address at Sta.
    Elena St., Brgy District II, Gigmoto, Catanduanes and presently assigned at the Naga
    City Mobile Force Company, Brgy. Pacol, Naga City .

    That we both agreed to swap our present assignment so we could both perform well with
    our respective duties in the interest of the service as well as devote our limited time to our
    respective families.

    That we are jointly executing this affidavit to the best of our knowledge and belief without
    being motivated nor intimidated by any of our superior officers but on our own free will and
    voluntary deeds.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto affixed our signatures this ___ day of
