Directions
1. Soak the chicken in the mixture of Selera Oyster Sauce and water. Leave it for 20
minutes.

Ingredients

3 large potatoes
3 crushed garlic cloves
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
sufficient air
right amount of oil

Method

1. Peel the potatoes then wash and cut lengthwise.


(The potato pieces can be put in the water so
they don't turn brown)
2. Clean the potato pieces
3. Heat the water, add crushed garlic, salt, a little
sugar and potato pieces. Wait for it to boil
(about 5 minutes)
4. Let the potatoes boil for about 5 minutes then
put in the freezer for 20 minutes
5. Mix the potatoes with the flour and cornstarch.
(Flour's function is to make it crunchy and
crunchy, the more flour the creamier it is, but
don't have too much of it okay) (TIPS for easy
mixing, put the flour and potatoes in a jar and
stir)
6. Put the potatoes that have been mixed with
flour into the freezer for about 2 hours
