    Acts of Ingratitude under NCC Art 765

    a. donee commits an offense against the person, honor or


    property of donor, or against the wife or children of donor under
    his parental authority

    b. donee imputes a criminal offense against donor, even if proved


    true, unless such criminal offense is against donee himself, his
    wife or children under his parental authority

    c. donee unduly refuses to lend support he is legally and morally


    bound to give to donor
