    This circular informs that CIDCO will now use the 2022-23 Schedule of Rates published by the Public Works Department of Maharashtra for preparing estimates for all types of work in Navi Mumbai and New Town areas. Material rates and completed item rates in the PWD Schedule of Rates are exclusive of GST. For items not covered in the PWD Schedule of Rates, rate analysis will be done based on fresh market rates and sent to the Chief Engineer for finalization and standardization.

    CIRCULAR

    Sub: Preparation of Estimates by adopting Schedule of Rates of PWD SSR 2022-23 published
    by Govt of Maharashtra with effect from 25.07.2022

    Public Works Department, Govt of Maharashtra vide ~rrao=r q~q~c:t, ~ - ~202m. sfi.

    12~4l'5lcrl-3 ~:-25/07/2022 has published the State Schedule of Rates (PWD-SSR) for the

    year 2022-23 for State of Maharashtra with effect from 25.07.2022. This PWD SSR of the year
    2022-23 shall be henceforth used for preparing estimates for all types of work to be executed in
    • the Navi Mumbai Area & New Town area of CIDCO.

    All material rates and rates · for completed items covered under PWD SSR 2022-23 are
    exclusive of GST (Goods & service tax). GST shall be paid separately as applicable.

    In case of item for which the rate is not available in current PWD SSR as well as in prevailing
    MJP/MCGM, MIDC DSR, then the rate analysis for that particular item shall be worked out
    based on fresh market rates exclusive of GST. The said rate analysis should be approved by
    concerned Chief Engineer and send to CE(NM) in order to finalise the same for the
    standardization of such items and rates for implementation in SAP.
