    COMES NOW Rene Borrel in the above entitled and numbered cause and files this Notice

    of Nonsuit without prejudice as to its claims against Defendants Colin Sergio Cardenas and Robert

    Gutierrez and would present unto this Court as follows:

    I.

    1. Plaintiff Rene Borrel would show the Court that he no longer desires to prosecute his claims

    against Defendants Colin Sergio Cardenas and Robert Gutierrez.

    WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Plaintiff Rene Borrel respectfully requests

    that the Court enter an Order of Nonsuit without prejudice on all of his claims against Defendants

    Colin Sergio Cardenas and Robert Gutierrez together with such other and further relief, whether

    at law or in equity to which Plaintiff Rene Borrel might be justly entitled.
