    THE GILEAD SYSTEM
    The Great Rift tore through reality and carved the Imperium of Man in twain. Half
    the galaxy is cut off from the light of the God-Emperor, besieged by the enemies of
    Mankind. The eight worlds of the Gilead System are entirely enclosed by the Cicatrix
    Maledictum. Daemons watch and wait outside realspace, ready for sickness, famine,
    and hardship to weaken Humanity’s resistance and usher them in. Meanwhile,
    heretical cults take hold, nobles scheme for power and resources, and xenos armies
    stake claims on human territory. Hope is scarce and survival precarious.

    The faithful falter in the face of such insurmountable odds. And yet, in the name of
    the Emperor, the strongest fight on. Across the span of the system heroes hold the line
    against Chaos while those with power hoard it and cower. Every Imperial faction has
    its Agents, and every group of Agents wages their own crusade against innumerable
    foes, fighting to their final breath and last bullet to defend Humanity.

    The Imperium needs heroes. Join them or fall.


    Wrath & Glory runs on heroic sacrifices and epic action. It’s as intense and unrelenting
    as life in the 41st Millennium, throwing seasoned fighters into the carnage of battle
    alongside fierce and unlikely allies. Agents of the Imperium face devastating threats,
    and if they’re skilled and fortunate their reward is to live to fight another day.

    You and your allies are the stars of the story and you can change the fate of the Gilead
    System. Every Agent has a pool of Wrath to represent their grit and will to survive, and
    the group as a whole has Glory, used to boost the results of dice rolls or take action
    when it’s most crucial, that any Agent can draw on, with the group’s permission.
    Glory can change the course of the entire game in your favour. When you’re facing
    overwhelming odds, and especially when the Gamemaster has all the dark power of
    the 41st Millennium at their disposal, you’ll need every advantage you can get.

    From their convent on the Shrine World Enoch, the Battle Sisters of the Order of the Sanctified
    Shield offer strength and inspiration. You possess one of the Order’s holy relics, whether it was
    given to honour your service or buy your cooperation. This slender sheet of bone is inscribed
    with prayers in High Gothic and was pared from the holy skeleton of a fallen Sister. Treasure
    it, and it will make you indomitable. You and other Agents in your team may spend a point of
    Wrath to immediately overcome one of the Exhausted, Fear, or Terror Conditions. Once per day,
