I am now seeking a new, fun, and exciting role within your company in which I can apply my skills and
competencies. I feel my warm, friendly personality and keen eye for service excellence would be best
suited to joining your company as Head of Hospitality. Previous employers have all said to have
witnessed first-hand the high level of customer service and attention to detail, leaving no stone
unturned from team management, policies, and procedures, while also ensuring safety guidelines are
met and developed to ensure together we can achieve excellence in delivery. With that said, I believe
my passion for the industry and outgoing personality would excel working for the UK’s most exciting
entertainment venue on a mission to become carbon neutral by 2038.
