Every employer shall register his/her business
with the Regional Labor Office or authorized
representative to provide the DOLE with
information as guide in its enforcement
activities.

Safety Officer-

Refers to establishment where work
operations and practices performed by a
worker in the establishment or workplace in

SAFETY FIRST
The instruction, training and information
materials, shall be given in a language or
dialect understood by the workers. Written,
oral, visual and participative approaches
shall be used to ensure that the worker has
assimilated the material.
