    Subject: Legal Demand Notice in respect of Loan Agreement bearing No. 22796944

    Dear Sir,

    Under the instruction from and on behalf of our clients, M/S HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD, a non-banking finance company

    incorporated under the provision of the companies Act, 1956, having its office at: 2ND FLOOR WARD NO.46 BARICK BHAWAN 8

    CHITTARANJAN AVENUE,KOLKATA,WEST BENGAL,700072, We hereby serve upon you the following notice as under: -

    1. That our clients state that you approached our client along with required documents and requested our Client for loan

    facilities.Relying upon your assurances, promises and representation made to our clients, our clients agreed and granted you,

    DIGITAL PRODUCT LOAN facility against the loan agreement No 22796944 Dated:12-Jul-2021 At the time of availing the said

    facility, you signed and agreed to abide by the terms & conditions, which are more particularly mentioned in the loan agreement.

    2. That as per the Loan Agreement, you were bound to pay the EMI Amount of Rs. 1261/- . But you have failed to repay the same

    as per term and conditions mentioned in loan agreement dt. 12-Jul-2021.

    3. That our client continuously contacted you over telephonic conversation, E-Mail and other modes of communication, but all the

    efforts made by our client went into vain. Further our client also gave you ample opportunities to repay the Loan Amount on time,

    which you grossly neglected.

    4. That even after informing you about the status of your Loan Account through all modes but till date you have not shown any

    heed towards repayment of your loan .

    5. That your action towards my client clearly reflects your intention that you obtained the Loan from my client by defrauding my

    client and had no intention from the starting to pay back the Loan Amount. That your act falls within the ambit of S. 420, 406, 403,

    120 B of Indian Penal Code.

    6. That as per the guidelines of the Indian Government, your name has been sent to the CREDIT INFORMATION BUREAU

    (INDIA) LTD (CIBIL), which disables you from getting the Loan from any other finance Company, and you will be debarred

    from applying for Loan facility from any other NBFC or Bank.
    7. If, you the notice don’t pay the notice demanding amount to my client, then my client shall be constrained to take legal action

    which includes Criminal as well as Civil proceedings against you.

    That in these circumstances we have peremptory instruction from our clients to call upon you, with a view to give you a final

    opportunity to comply the present Notice and to pay an notice demanding outstanding amount of Rs.5768 payable by you and obtain

    the receipt of the said payment failing which our clients would be constrained to initiate further appropriate legal proceedings before

    the appropriate court of law entirely at your own cost and risk.

    A copy of this notice has been retained in our office for further action.

    If you have already paid the dues, then please ignore this notice.
